I’ll definitely be back, very nice hotel, staff were very helpful, excellent service. Coffee was great.

Room was nice but the view out the window was a pigeon poop covered area that was really disgusting. I needed to keep the shade closed to keep it covered which kept the natural light out of the room very claustrophobic. Location for touring Portland was ideal staff was friendly hotel and room very clean

Great room and staff were incredible

I stayed three nights and never received housekeeping, fresh towels, or bed service, so I wasn’t sure if that was something that needed to be requested. Parking was reasonably priced compared to other downtown hotels. I wasn’t able to get a spot in the hotel’s garage, but there was parking across the street, although finding a spot at night could be difficult. The front desk staff was pleasant, and I appreciated the complimentary water each day. Overall, a decent stay in a very convenient location.

The Mark Spencer Hotel was a great find for our family of 5 in the suite. The whole hotel had a crisp, clean updated, historic vibe. Our room had a spacious set-up with the two beds in one room and a cute couch/full size pullout in the comfy sitting area, and a efficient bathroom with a large, neatly tiled shower with special features . The kitchenette also offered more than I expected for a hotel suite with a cooktop and pans, while still keeping with the overall classy look. The staff was helpful and kind, and we enjoyed the Oregon wine tasting in the evening. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel & see more of Portland. We’d definitely stay here again!

I rented the hospitality suite to host a cocktail party for my birthday, the space was fabulous!

The BEST hotel in Portland. Check-in to check-out perfect. 12/10. The rooms couldn’t be more perfect. Coming back asap before you start charging $500/night haha. Best neighborhood. All the staff is exceptional from housekeeping to front desk to the amazing human out front…concierge outside? John? What a great person. We’re in love. Be back soon.

The staff was super helpful and kind! I stayed here for a solo trip I took for my birthday to Oregon and the staff gave me a room upgrade and some snacks which was so kind! The rooms were very clean and the property was very clean as well. They also offer coffee and tea which was a really nice quick grab and go in the mornings.

Loved the Mark Spencer Hotel. Location was great. They have a free happy hour wine from 5-6 and rooftop lounge on the weekend. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was very comfortable and I love the kitchenette area. Would absolutely stay there again.
