We had a quick getaway and really enjoyed our stay. Our corner room was clean and basic, but nice, quiet, and had a great, comfortable bed. The 24-hour coffee and tea service in the lobby was a wonderful perk! The hotel was busy due to its close proximity to Corpus, but it was still very easy to get to. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Best of all, the cost is very family-friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in through check-out. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the convenient location—it was close to restaurants and only a short drive from Corpus Christi. I was in town for new-hire onboarding at CHRISTUS Health, and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Corpus Christi/Portland area.

The only issue is that I wish breakfast went a little later than 9:30, but otherwise amazing value spot for anyone visiting Portland or Corpus! Will come back again.

Though clean and neat, the shower shows signs of needing recaulking.

Very clean and new hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. Check in was very busy, but staff handled it well and communicated. One thing we noticed was no sign on road pointing to the entrance of the hotel. We almost drove right by it. Coffee and tea was good and available all day.

Especially after our experiences at OTHER hotels having bed bugs and cockroaches... this hotel was 10 star compared. And the woman at the check in counter was so kind! The breakfast selection was small, but it was a Sunday and my kids were plenty pleased. They were only sad there weren't any pancakes lol.

Booked a room here as a last minute weekend trip to visit Corpus and the surrounding area. We were very pleased with how clean the hotel, room and bathroom were. It was very close to fast food restaurants, Walmart, Academy and a movie theater. We were a little bummed that there was no pool but we were heading to the beach anyway so it was fine. We were told that the rec center nearby had pools and could go there as an option. Loved the comfy king size bed, and the tv was nice and big with a variety of cable channels to choose from which was nice. The hot breakfast (included) was average, plus yogurt, bagels, and cereal options. They had pretty good coffee too. The bathroom was very clean! Aside from not having a fan, it was perfect. The only downsides to the room itself were that our door stuck and we really had to push it to close it, and the floor was a little slippery the whole time. Seemed like too much cleaning agent was used or something but overall, not a huge deal.

Yes, breakfast appetizing and fresh. We kept the Room AC at a comfortable temperature and room was clean. Staff were friendly, very accommodating and cheerful.

The room was not properly restocked with necessities. The breakfast was not according to the website standards. The parking was over taken by construction trucks and not available for families to park. We will not return

Receptionist he was awesome and quick. Greeted us and said to have a great night when we came back in for the night. We've never gotten that any where else. Breakfast: needed bacon. Bread was ok maybe biscuits. French vanilla creamer needed only had reg and hazelnut. Everything else great.
