Location, quality and service. Pool was very small, water was cold and it was accessed through a restaurant area.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well appointed with a view of the Boulevard Aliados. From our balcony we were able to watch the prestigious Volta Cycle Race. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when advising on and arranging restaurant bookings. The restaurants they recommended were all excellent. We would have preferred to have had a staffed bar and a functioning restaurant for dinner.

Beautiful clean property. Swimming pool a bonus. The location was a bit tricky as it’s at the top of the hill. It’s a bit of a climb uphill from the river. Manageable but be fit. Worth it for the lovely hotel.

From start to finish the hospitality of the hotel and staff was incredible. I can not fault one thing, apart from having to leave. I stayed for 3 nights as a solo traveller, on arrival I was greeted with such warmth and the pastel de nata was such a lovely gesture. Until I arrived into my room which was a cosy double, this was wonderful, on entering I was delighted to see more chocolate treats, including one on the pillow, a complimentary bottle of wine as well. What I loved mostly about my room (104) was the fact it was so quiet! I had the best sleep Breakfast was delicious as well, plenty of fruit, Portuguese cakes and even sardines . There is a lovely small pool , which is great for taking a dip before the start of the day, it is very cold due to it being covered , but I think its refreshing from the hot August sun The hotel is in a great location for exploring Porto by foot , although the metro is close by, really easy to use for getting to the airport. I hope to return again

Perfect position in Porto, easy walking to all the sites, close to the train and bus lines, with restaurants and cafes a step outside. Our room was comfortable and clean; all the amenities we needed, including an excellent selection at breakfast. The staff were so friendly, really made us feel welcome. The whole vibe of the hotel was modern elegance. We would definitely stay here again. Not really a criticism, but the pool is on the small side and was in shade - so cool - the times we visited ie not great for kids.

Location is excellent. Very nice to have a swimming pool to cool off in after walking the hot and busy streets of Porto.

Excellent hotel, in a perfect location to explore Porto. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and had that boutique vibe about it, we loved it and will definitely stay there again No view to speak of and the pool was a bit of a joke, certainly not a place to take the kids!

Fantastic hotel very central within a short walk to everywhere we did not need to take a taxi or metro anywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable 5/5. Honesty bar is an amazing idea. It would be nice to have a couple of sun loungers in the pool area but it is small so understand why there is none there. Nothing everything exceptional
