Nice location beautiful setting On several occasions staff spoke unprofessionally about us assuming we did not understand the language which we did. I notified the property of my observances. I thought for a very expensive hotel we would not expect this kind of treatment. The response from management was lukewarm.

It was amazing trip for me and the hotel was the best service ever I had in my experience in the front hotel. We have a nice beach and delicious restaurant. Kids club was amazing. Specially the animal farm. They put the right people in kids club when we had dinner at le grand it is a nice Italian restaurant with mini choice. I like it second day we had dinner at beef bar . They advise us to visit landmark and to take trip by yacht to la Maddalena Island it was really nice trip. We enjoy the Costa Smeralda beach. Nothing important just they have vinegar smelling in towels.

Completely dissapointed.. even the breakfast starts at 7 am and we have to live by 6.40 am and even the concierge confirmed before that they can arrange a breakfast for us cause we payed with the room rate.. last night before we check out they changed their mind and even they confirmed by e mail they chnaged their mind and disturbed us while we were sleeping, 4 times called us. It was a nightmare and they said they can only offer fruits what a shame for a 5 star famous hotel.. I think they are just grocery adn all the facilities were not good the hotel totally waste of time.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful as well as very professional in their jobs. The design of the hotel is very interesting. I would say among all the hotels I stayed in, this room/ bathroom I liked the most. It is a combination of retro with luxury with modern comfort and fantasy. Trip by boat to the private beach is awesome. Food was good. Alcohol should be less pricy …

Beautiful property with an extraordinary pool, private beach access, lovely shops and good food. Great location, close to Porto Cuervo. Great beds - as expected of a luxury resort. Staff is extremely attentive and provides friendly, prompt and efficient service.

The service is exceptional the staff is so friendly and accommodating my husband got an allergy on a Sunday and they brought him a doctor to the hotel. The concierge team is lovely. The hotel is so charming and cute the beach is beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable. I have nothing to complain about
