The hotel is beautiful, and its facilities are exceptionally tasteful, from the common areas to the room décor and outdoor spaces. The staff is outstanding, with special recognition to the wonderful Raimondo, who was always incredibly kind and ready to help. The breakfast is fantastic, with everything fresh and delicious. The location is excellent as well. The only thing I didn't like is that hotel guests have to pay for the beach chairs. I think it really should be included.

Beautiful well maintained The bedrooms were old, like 80s style, not redecorated. Also zero privacy, bedroom entrance door were old and allowed noise and light to go through

Location, beach and pools Even though the beach service (sunbeds and umbrella) turned out extra charge on the room, when I mentioned to the staff that I wasn’t aware of the extra charge they removed it from the bill for us which I appreciate The beach service was extra charge even though im paying a hefty price for the room and little cabbinet space in the room

Everything was great and the staff were exceptional to say the least. Everyone was so accommodating and they helped with anything we needed without hesitation.

The room was old , not what you expect from a 5 stars hotel

Cleanliness. The Pillow covers had stains. There were hair or trash( gums) on the corner of the room.

The pools. Close to Porto Cervo center with Shuttle The Hotel is not considered 5 stars hotel in my opinion. I was shocked with the furniture! There’s no direct beach access, you have to walk long distance to the beach and you have to pay for the service there . By the way, it’s not one of the beaches that Sardinia is famous for! They need to learn more about customer satisfaction and how to deal with upset customers.

First of all, whatever you see in the pictures is way better in real! My wife and myself were stunned by the beauty of the hotel. We have been welcomed by the manager of the hotel himself with a welcome drink. The rooms are just incredible and the breakfast choice and place are wonderful. On top of all, One of the most beautiful beach of the island is at 5min walk. The little town of Porto Cervo is only at 8min drive with stunning views and beautiful restaurants. We will be back there soon. We heard our neighbors next door having fun in bed :) however not a negative point for everyone as it turned us on :)
