breakfast was extensive and the pool and outdoor spa areas were fun. The room had a fantastic view! The room was a bit small, so many sweets at breakfast and indoor spa area was small.

The facilities were excellent. The pools were great. The food at the hotel was poor

convenient location, great amenities, 5 min walk to bus station and 20 min walk to downtown port area was unable to enjoy all the pools due to the windy weather

The property was beautiful. The pools were lovely. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of choices with both sweet and savory options. It was a short walk to the castle and wonderful restaurants. We would stay there again. Nothing

The thermal spas and garden were gorgeous The staff were very helpful and the food excellent The insects round the lovely garden had teeth Brown bread is always my favourite and the bread was usually white

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great view from our patio and thermal pool. Nice selection at breakfast and good coffee. Room was a little bit basic. A bit of a walk from the port area, but you can catch a bus if needed.

It is nicely located with a beautiful view from the solarium. The pools open times are from 10-19, it would be nice to be able to extend those hours

It was clean beautiful and conveniently located in the island! I wish we could have paid a small fee to invite our friends to join us in the outdoor pools.

Gorgeous property. Close to town. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. Old mattress and the fixtures were a bit dated.

Recommended to offer shuttle from/to the port. One negative is they hosted a private party one night with loud DJ until midnight.

Small room and even smaller dysfunctional bathroom. ( To reach the hanging bath towels, it is necessary to steps out and around the shower.)

No aircon available until June (was advised by reception that this is when they put it on for the whole building!!) and the room was quite warm and stuffy at night. Obviously if you open windows then you don't get the benefit of soundproofing and wouldn't let much air in anyway because of the curtains - i think if you advertise a room as having aircon that should mean cold air on demand - not just between certain dates! Light was really quite harsh in the room - incredibly bright, like being in an operating theatre. The Spa was nice but the steam room/sauna is only available from 4pm onwards and you have to book a slot. Would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room because breakfast wasn't until 7.30am. Also bathroom looked a bit tired and could do with updating.

It had a very nice spa and pool. The massage and facial were excellent. The food was plentiful. My room smelled of cigarettes, they cleaned it a second time, but the smell was soaked into the e walls. The other room was fine

Two pools. One thermal and one normal temp. Breakfast great and area lovely. Great hotel. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend. The thermal pool in the spa. There was no guidance as to what to do and the receptionist was not very helpful but that could have been lost in translation.

the rooms, the cleanliness, the location is in a very quiet part of the city breakfast, below average for a four star hotel, i' m a diabetic and there was almost nothing i could eat. For people without allergy or other intolerance would be ok. I definetly did not like the machines for coffe, really mediocre, not good enough for Italy, expescially when there was a perfect bar espresso machine in the breakfast room, but they refused to make a real cappuccino
