Hermitage Resort & Thermal Spa

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to guide us. The bed wasn’t comfortable. It was soft.

The location was great. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and to the cultural center. Clean and the staff was wonderful and helpful.

Good location, close to local bus stop and 10 min walk to Main Street. The garden are well kept and colorful. The loungers at the swimming pools were comfortable. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. No complimentary drinks in the room upon arrival. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable. No iron, broken safe. Expensive pool drinks. The breakfast is the same everyday. The food is mediocre and has no special dietary food available.

Great location, clean, and wonderful breakfast. Staff at the front desk were very helpful as kind. "Family room" was a large bed and pull out couch. The bed was amazingly comfortable. However you could feel the bars through the mattress of the pull out couch. Not enough hooks in the bathroom- not really enough room for family of 4.

breakfast was extensive and the pool and outdoor spa areas were fun. The room had a fantastic view! The room was a bit small, so many sweets at breakfast and indoor spa area was small.

convenient location, great amenities, 5 min walk to bus station and 20 min walk to downtown port area was unable to enjoy all the pools due to the windy weather

The property was beautiful. The pools were lovely. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of choices with both sweet and savory options. It was a short walk to the castle and wonderful restaurants. We would stay there again. Nothing

The thermal spas and garden were gorgeous The staff were very helpful and the food excellent The insects round the lovely garden had teeth Brown bread is always my favourite and the bread was usually white

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great view from our patio and thermal pool. Nice selection at breakfast and good coffee. Room was a little bit basic. A bit of a walk from the port area, but you can catch a bus if needed.

It is nicely located with a beautiful view from the solarium. The pools open times are from 10-19, it would be nice to be able to extend those hours

It was clean beautiful and conveniently located in the island! I wish we could have paid a small fee to invite our friends to join us in the outdoor pools.

Recommended to offer shuttle from/to the port. One negative is they hosted a private party one night with loud DJ until midnight.

Gorgeous property. Close to town. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. Old mattress and the fixtures were a bit dated.

Small room and even smaller dysfunctional bathroom. ( To reach the hanging bath towels, it is necessary to steps out and around the shower.)
