We didn’t have a frig .Which would have being nice to keep our water cold . No kettle no offer of boiling water for tea or coffee would need to buy.Water we couldn’t drink from the tap but the hotel offered to sell us water. We needed to rent towels , so we wouldn’t get our money back from using the hotel towels for the pool ,never heard of that. Also if you plan on using the pool you will need a swim cap .

It was my first time visiting ischia and I am very glad I chose this place. Which is in a very nice location, walking distance (10mins)from the Ischia Porto. Rooms were very clean and tidy, and the cleaning persons did a very good job. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning before I head out to explore the island. The staff were very helpful always when i ask for help and tips about the Island and places to visit. I am very satisfied of the service of Hotel Cleopatra. Thank you very much for the nice hospitality

The staff is really helpful and available. Especially the owner who is always available. The place is in a quiet place, off the main streets. The hotel is a bit away from restaurants and attractions and feels a bit outdated. The place is a bit noisy, walls and doors are thin!

The location was good, you could walk to Port/shops and access bus stop close by. Rooms were very clean and air conditioning worked well which was needed in high summer

Location was pretty good tho they had closed the road from the port for filming when we arrived. 10 minutes tops walk to centre. Noise from inconsiderate guests banging doors talking loudly in corridors.... Coffee Water temperature/pressure poor in shower but good in sink Cheap loo paper
