The room was nice, staff was friendly and helpful, the location is not far from everywhere you want to be. There’s nothing not to like.

Very helpful staff, Maria gave us great advice on what to see in the city. Bed was very comfortable, room decoration very nice, delicious breakfast, very central location.

The breakfast was good with fresh food and variety of food, very clean and friendly staff. Anna at the front desk was a great person that took the time to inform us about the nearby attractions and showed us how to tour the whole city of Porto. Kuddos for Ann. She made our stay even better. GRACIAS. Nothing we can think about it.

Totally met our expectations. Absolutely nice and friendly staff, location was great and room was also very clean and comfy. Nothing negative, all was really great in this hotel! Maybe we didn't find them , but I would love to see there sleepers. Other than that, nothing to comment, very lovely hotel.

Location! Price. Room configuration. Elevator! Bottle of water in room upon welcome. Fridge! Big fluffy towels. Quiet. Giant sliding window that opened! Staff were so kind.

Could have been cleaner! Some ants in the bathroom but not a ton. Stains all over the carpet in the room. Didn’t give enough towels and had to ask the desk for more. Didn’t put pillowcases on 2 of the 4 pillows.

Nothing not to like. A simple hotel for sleeping.

We loved our stay at Casual Inca. The bathrooms and rooms were great, beds super comfortable. Hallways by the rooms could use some touching up. Otherwise everything was great!

The staff were all amazingly helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable (very important to us as seniors with bad backs!). We were able to control our room temperature to our liking. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet on several days. The location was perfect for walking to the river and we were surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants close by. Our room had a nice little terrace, a mini fridge and a spacious desk area. I really didn't have any complaints, but if I was looking for a small improvement I would say maybe more towel racks in the bathroom and some place to store clean towels? The bathroom was quite large, so a little storage unit for towels would have easily fit and freed up the counter space.

Armanda/Amanda - blonde pixie cut staff at the front desk - was so helpful. She was a great welcoming face and was very informative with a map about where to go, what to do, and even provided us left over umbrellas for the rainy day. She made the whole stay better! Anna was great too! The shower was missing the knob for the rain shower and I think a light was out in the bathroom. We only stayed one night so not the worst thing. Didn’t realize the shower issue until the next morning.

Very nice stay close to attractions in Porto. The beds are comfy, the room is spacious, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Coffee and water are in the room. We could hear people in the hallways or people opening and closing their doors sometimes. It was difficult to get the room to stay at a consistent temperature. The morning that we left, there were some small ants in the shower and the walls of the bathroom.
