Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean which I appreciated. The food at the bar was very tasty. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large. I gave the hotel a 7/10 because of 2 things. The first thing is not being able to use the pool with my child. They have a rule that kids can't use the pool from 1-7pm. Second, I was accidentally billed over 80 Euros for room service that I didn't incur. The front desk staff made me wait about 20 minutes at the front desk during check-out to make sure it wasn't my charge.

Location is great. The bar and terrace. Check out process. System problems. I've left without the invoice. Paring is very expensive (for guests).

Clean and professional. Unnecessary charges. €20 each for kids to swim, €30 breakfast, enough is enough.

The hotel is elegant, well maintained, and comfortable. <the room was welcoming and cozy. The staff was attentive, efficient, and polite. The door staff was very helpful, the valet parking was effortless. It's great to be in and out of a hotel without stress. Nothing to note.

The room furnitures are a little old.. also if you stay higher floors, the elavator sometimes gives anxiety due to the glass frame

Nothing Review Title: Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We booked the airport pick-up service two weeks in advance, specifically requesting a van to accommodate our luggage. Instead, a small car arrived that was completely inadequate, causing a 45-minute delay at the airport while we tried to sort things out. The problems didn’t stop there: • The room was much smaller than what was shown online. • The window shade did not close properly – we reported it, but nothing was ever done. • The air conditioning didn’t work. Again, we raised it with the hotel, and again, no action was taken. • There were no toiletries in the bathroom. We asked the hotel to address this, but nothing was provided. • There was no complimentary water in the room, and when we asked, we were told it had to be paid for. • The mini-bar was completely empty, which is not what you expect from a Sheraton-branded property. • On top of everything, the hotel attempted to charge my credit card in the middle of the night, despite already having taken a larger hold at check-in. Thanks to Booking.com, we were able to check out early and leave such a horrible experience behind. In all my years of traveling, this was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. Extremely poor service, lack of attention to guest concerns, and a complete disconnect between what is advertised and what is delivered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was great, very nice! The rooms were clean and spacious. Very good hotel! The fact that the pool wasn’t included in our reservations. It was not clear when I did the reservations that we had to pay extra (20$) daily per person to use the pool!

İ also stayed here before.Location garden and breakfast is good. Unfortunately my room wasnt clean.My bad was stained.İ also show the pictures to the reception and they just told me sorry. The other thing is that i made my payment on booking.When i checkout the staff wants me the total payment but i explained him the payment done.They didnt believe me and they took the money from my card again.After they sent me a mail and they are said again sorry it was our mistake and we are cancelling the 2.payment.İts Sheraton but i think reception staff dont have experience.İts not a good customer relation.
