This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. The room included everything you could possibly need, from a toothbrush and comb to a full range of high-quality amenities. The attention to detail made the stay feel truly luxurious. I was impressed by the level of comfort and care, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended! Nothing

Beautiful location because I had a room with a sea view. It was very close to the beaches and the Camino. There were 2 excellent restaurants nearby. Capoeira with traditional Portuguese food, and Casa do Foz with delicious Italian food. It was perfect for me to have a rest day after I had finished walking the Camino because it was also near the airport.

Extremely nice place. I can’t believe I got such a good deal on it. They have a pool although it cooled down too much for that but they also have a gym and a very nice breakfast in the morning.

Not a thing.

Hotel Boa-Vista is always a certainty. I travel often for business to Porto and I often come back here, I've been at least 10 times. Great location, great value for money, very kind staff at the reception. It's officially a 3 stars, but it totally deserves the 4th one. Terrace and swimming pool are nice perks. Rooms are basic, but nothing critical is missing. The breakfast is pretty basic, this is probably the only point of the hotel below the level of other business hotels comparable for price range.

It’s location to the water. If staying at location. I would suggest using their parking as we parked on street and our car had a broken window. The hotel was very helpful with future parking arrangements

This place is perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. Nothing.

Everything: location, staff, facilities, cleanliness and wonderful breakfast on site included. Also appreciate being able to have our bicycles shipped ahead and held at the property.

I had an unusual day planned and requested a "late" check out. They were very helpful.

Staff are amazing. Helpful, kind and gracious. Breakfast was incredible, excellent coffee, and juice/drinks. Many fresh food choices and bacon and eggs. The location was lovely, right in front of the old castle and the beach. Views from the room with balcony were worth every penny! The location was also calm and quiet at night; not in a loud, noisy area. N/A

Staff was very responsive and helpful. Location was awesome. Bathroom very manageable for older person with physical limitations. Breakfast geared more towards European tastes. Coffee dispensed from machine. although good, was not hot.

There was a new gal and Brazilian guy at the front desk who were so nice, personable and helpful - not like your stuffy, personality-less staff wer’e so used to seeing these days. We stayed here upon arriving in Portugal when our apartment was not yet ready. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting who aren’t staying with us. Liked it all

Friendly clean and quiet That we were only there one night

The location was great. The decor was a bit out dated but very clean. Breakfast was very nice. Very good value.
-
Great breakfast and loved the location of the hotel… also the roof top deck!
-
Superior Location overlooking the river flowing into the ocean and with the sunset!
-
More closet space or chest of drawers would have been nice

Lovely hotel - best one if my trip. Has beatiful blue tiled entry (very Portugal) and rooftop space to sit outside and view the sea and old castle. Very good breakfast with eggs, cooked sausage, and lots of pastries. All good - no bad.

The location was excellent. Easy walk to the trolley. The hotel itself was noisy. We got a lot of Street noise. We were there for 5 nights and they put us in a handicapped room. Why? I went down to reception and they didn’t much care. One night there was a loud occupant above us. I went down to reception at midnight and told them to handle it. We wanted to sleep! The receptionist called the room and no one answered so he simply said he couldn’t do anything. WHAT? I asked what his solution was and he said I needed to go up and confront the guest. WHAT!! So I did. And the noise stopped. But still, are you kidding me?

The view is fantastic. The location excellent. The room was too small for two people. The girls at the lobby do a better job than the guy. He did not like to be (bother ) asked for anything. His answers very short and sometimes with an attitude.
