Definitely great value for first time in Porto.

I chose this hotel because of it's location to the Casa da Musica, the iconic concert hall in Porto. It is not in the historic center of Porto, or by the picturesque river; consequently it's also not overwhelmed by vacationing tourists (a big plus). From the hotel, it's about a 30 minute stroll to the river or the historic center (or you can UBER, which is cheap and easy in Porto). The building is refurbished from an older market hall and has unique character. There is a new international food market next door, very convenient to grab a quick bite or coffee. My room is clean and spacious; the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has lot's of choices. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would recommend it to single or professional travelers looking for an alternative to the tourist hotels in the center of Porto. The front door of the hotel is currently facing a construction site, therefore is kind of hard to find if you order an UBER. I used the Market Hall entry in the back which is easier to identify, but requires walking through the food stalls to get to the hotel lobby. The noise of the construction could be a problem depending on which direction your room is facing. It was not a problem for me because my room faces the other direction - but something to keep in mind when making your booking.

Everything That we only stayed 1 day :-D

Modern, no carpet, restaurant Reception only accessible by stairs, had to carry luggage up 1 floor

Kind staff, good location, spacious room .

Very nicely appointed and modern room. Window overlooked the food court of the mall next door.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I had messaged ahead regarding self-serve laundry facilities nearby and they responded by messaging and were prepared to give me directions when we arrived. The location was awesome for us; we were beginning the Canino and were able to do laundry, get food supplies, stop at Decathlon and eat dinner all within a 5 minute walking radius. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. The hotel was clean and modern. The only suggestion I have is better pillows.

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms, and a comfortable, pleasant décor. Breakfast is varied and starts at 7:00 a.m. Great location in the heart of Porto, next to the old market (now a lively food hall), with cafés and shopping areas within walking distance. Private parking available under the building. Thank you to the team for making our stay warm and enjoyable.

The staff support was fantastic, really kind. Just was adjusting to time zone, so was a little out of it

Breakfast offered a hug selection! Dinner in restaurant was good quality and value. I came back a second night.

The hotel said that if we want to get a kosher mail we must order it 24 hours before it does not mention in any place

ממש נוח לשומרי שבת!

Cool concept , easy to use public transportation nearby. Market next door was convenient, a bit loud, but room was surprisingly soundproof. I feel the music theme could be developed some more. There was no music there. Getting a drink at the bar was very complicated and seems difficult for the staff

Beautiful Yamaha grand piano that I was able to play up till 10pm. There is a huge staircase to enter hotel, no lift, no escalato. We had huge luggage and had to carry up stairs. It’s attached to massive food court, so you smell food at all hours, sign on piano says “no playing after 10” but no one on duty to stop drunks from playing terribly at 11:30pm. Breakfast was subpar. Weak coffee. Runny eggs. Bread with no toaster. Undercooked waffles. Grumpy staff.

It advertising kosher hotel but breakfast was not kosher and they say they would provide kosher meals but both times asked they said it was unavailable. So not sure why it's advertised as kosher... It's not

The location - in the market Quiet room The steps to get to the reception Tooms are too small , of you have a big luggage it would not fit I got brown water out of the robinet, it was kind of discusting, then after a while normal water came out, probably a problem in the plumbery
