The staff was the most helpful I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The bed was not the most comfortable, but I slept well.

Super clean , kind host.

The building is really beautiful, the location is great. Everything was really clean. The beds are really hard!! And the pillows quite flat which is a bad combination. We had to put some blankets on the mattress to make it a bit softer. When you're walking and having busy days, the quality of your sleep is important

The location is very nice and central

Clean, comfortable, and inexpensive! Cute artsy neighborhood, a bit of a walk to the historic center of town (15-20 minutes) but we didn’t mind. The Wi-Fi went in and out. A couple quirks to be aware of: The front door is locked after hours (but someone was always there to let us in, we never had to wait more than 20 seconds). Building has no elevator but we were on the second floor so it was fine.

Convenient location, friendly. Clean, solid essentials - Eg coffee, water, soaps, etc. great value and great place for me to kick off Camino Portuguese. The owners were easy going and friendly/accommodating. I will stay again when in Porto Nothing to complain about. Maybe ability to purchase water. Beer, etc. (can’t complain because market was close by.

Friendly & helpful staff at reception, quiet street

The room was a little small. It was perfect for our one night stay but I would want more space for a longer period of time.

It’s a beautiful old building that is very comfortable and well maintained Nothing

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable rooms.

Everyone mentioned the door issue — that you need to ring the bell. Also, note that if you want to go out at 6 AM, you should inform them in advance. When I tried to leave at 6 AM, the door was closed. The next day, I asked them to keep it open because we had to check out at 6.
