The property was clean, the staff were helpful, and great location The hairdryer in our room was broken so we weren’t able to have one for our three day stay, but they did order one when I mentioned it. Also the stairs are no joke, especially if you’re on the top floor like us, and they make a lot of noise.

Good location to start the Camino de Santiago. Short walk to the center of Porto and good food. Had what you needed. Very average. Had the bare minimum.

Pretty pretty pretty bad experience. I was severely attacked by the bed burgs, you can even feel them moving in your pil

Ótima localização, charmoso, cozinha muito bem equipada, quartos e cama confortáveis, atendimento excelente - destaque positivo para Samara e Catarina, sempre disponíveis e atenciosas.

It was actually beautiful I was so pleasantly surprised The bathrooms could only have two people in them at once. It was hard to use the restroom

Not a huge deal but hostel is on a big hill + stairs especially if you're on 4th or 5th level. Great exercise but be ready for a climb if you're hanging out by the river where a lot of the action is

..everything was clean and tidy.. didn't notice anything out of order.. and receptionist Luna is super welcoming... .. terrace could be more refreshed...but it is nice place...

Also, the room didn't lock and anyone could enter.

About a five minute walk to the main train station in about a 10 minute walk into the historic district. The apartment was spotless and the caretakers although I did not meet them were quite responsive when questions came up. The property advertised a portable heater, but it was nowhere to be found and when they dropped it off after I called, it did not work properly so they had to come back an hour or two later with a different one which made a difference as it was still cool in the evening. You cannot run the microwave or stove while using the portable heater otherwise you blow a fuse which happened a couple of times. The first time I had to call as I looked all over the place for the breaker box and could not find it. It took longer than expected, but I am appreciative nonetheless that they did come and fix the issue. I ended up throwing the breaker once or twice more and I knew how to reset it. The hot water heater is a bit small and so you have to be efficient in taking a shower. Otherwise you will run out of hot water and you need to wait 45 minutes for it to begin to reheat.

Very clean and great staff

Very friendly hostel, offering community dinner

The whole experience begins at check-in. The place is amazing, respecting the architecture, and the décor features watercolour paintings by Portuguese artists. Super Staff, Super Nice ambience living-in. ? The outdoor chairs that match the tables are very well chosen for the terrace; however, they are somewhat uncomfortable. Adding cushions would improve the comfort.??

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The kitchen felt a bit unorganized.

Location was good, central to everything and close to lots of restaurants The sign on the front door saying that the reception is closed caused me some confusion. I hung around for 30 minutes with the reception open thinking I could only go in when the sign was changed saying the reception was open. If that was fixed would make things better

Nice staff The socket on my bed was not stable but worked

Everything in this hostel was perfect. I would highly recommend solo female travelers to stay here.

LOVE! Not too big for a hostel. Location is perfect and walkable to the attractions. The hostel has a dining and kitchen and also the indoor and outdoor common space are my favorites. I tried my first Port wine from them!
