Good location. Close to Trindad Station. The room had a balcony with nice outlook. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room staff often forgot to leave items like towels, water, when cleaning the room.

The hotel is perfectly located, making it a great base for exploring Porto. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very pleasant, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A very special mention goes to Jay from the concierge team what a fantastic guy! From the very beginning, he gave us great recommendations on what to see, where to go and how to make the most of our stay. His knowledge of Porto is truly impressive, and you can genuinely feel that he cares about making every guest’s experience special. Thanks to Jay, we discovered Porto in a completely different way and enjoyed our stay even more. He is definitely one of the reasons we will come back!
