Helpful staff and comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was not a good choice for non meat eaters. The washrooms had a foul smell throughout but yet clean. They need to do something about the drains.

Good Location, Nice beds, Air conditioning Drain smell, Single-sided toilet paper. We chose the hotel because the pictures showed the breakfast had vegan options. At breakfast, only soy yogurt warn for now. Soy milk also upon request. No vegan bread toppings except vegetables and jam

The room was nice and was exactly how it was described to us. The hotel is really close to an hospital so you happen to hear sirens pretty often. The parking situation is pretty dramatic. The gave us informations about a parking space open 24/7 though. The service of the hotel overall was pretty slow.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was so good, and the location is great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing. I was very satisfied with everything.

Location was decent to the downtown The noise from inside the room when people would shower above would make loud noises. Water pipes made loud noises all night. Then was woken up early by the construction workers down below our bedroom. Did not get a goodnight sleep.
