Location is unbeatable. Plenty of room for 3 women, quiet in the back. Elevator to the 3rd floor was great! The AC doesn’t help much for the twin bedded room on the top floor. There was a fan but it was fairly warm. The spiral stairs to the top floor are steep.

So Clean, enough space, good planned excellent house, secure and location was amazing, walk distance from bridges and river sides. Also city center is walk distance if you climb from stairs. The matress was a bit hard. Also, there motorbike noise from the road the night we stayed there.

The apartment is right by Douro River that has very beautiful view, specially in the night and early morning! However it is a strenuous uphill hike from river side to City Hall area. We took Bolt ride to the city center then walked down back to river side every day, and this apartment location worked out perfect for our vacation. The elevator was broken on our arrival day, and we asked property management team to help with our luggages. Florencia was so kind to help carry one of our big luggages to our apartment unit at 4th floor :-) Next day elevator returned back to functioning.

Even though it was right on the river , our apartment was on the back side with no view.

Location was perfect. Far enough from the crowd but close enough to walk there. Great restaurant 2 doors down and a wonderful small wine bar/ coffee shop 4 doors down. The flat itself is very modern and comfortable
