All Nothing

Location is great. Rooms are large and beds/pillows comfortable. So many little extras in the room that go above and beyond the usual hotel stay. The staff were ALL so friendly, hard working and helpful. The only thing I could say would be to update your photos so they reflect accurately. The roof top pool on the internet looks twice the actual size.

Some servings of the breakfast were not so great (eggs, sausages, wedged potatoes) but minor things

They had a very good breakfast buffet. Also the location was very close to everything. Easy to walk to main attractions.

friendly staff, room was well equipped. enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Not enough seating around the pool on the rooftop. Photos seemed to make it look like this area was busy than it was.

The staff was very kind and helpful. It is a cool concept and I would loved to of stayed there as a student. I don’t think for the price it was worth the stay. It was very expensive in comparison to better locations in the city. Not really sure what all the money went towards. It was so noisy. The DJ on the roof was so loud I could hear them on 3rd floor room. There was also a DJ in the city center that played till at least 0200, so I got zero rest. I wish I had been warned by the staff about the noise level cause I would have changed rooms to a lesser quality room for more peace. Also there were no wash clothes in the room, which I found strange.

숙소위치가 너무 좋습니다. 비교적 안전하고 깨끗한 주변 환경, 볼량시장 걸어서 5분이 아주 편리하고, 주요관광지도 도보로 가기 좋았습니다, 메트로/기차역도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리였습니다. 방, 특히 욕실이 아주 깨끗했습니다. 루프탑바도 분위기가 좋았습니다. 루프탑바의 수영장은 수영장이라기보다는 그냥 발담구는 정도의 느낌이었습니다. 방 청소시간이 너무 늦어서 (거의 오후 6시 가까이) 나흘동안 한번도 청소를 못받았네요. 청소를 좀 더 빨리해주시면 좋겠습니다.

Noisy at night on Friday and Saturday, but as expected given that most of the residents are students.

Excellent location and hotel nice concept where you can even sit and work have work meetings stay and also use all the gym facilities

Exelent stay!

During my stay, I experienced low blood sugar and urgently needed a piece of fruit. When I approached Diogo for assistance, he was highly dismissive, refused to help, and treated me with an entirely unacceptable level of rudeness. As a guest, I expected a basic standard of care and professionalism, especially during a health-related situation. I hope management will address this behavior with Diogo directly to ensure no other guests are treated this way

The breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, the small coffee shop and the restaurant The cleaning is done once a week so if you need to throw away your trash you need to take it outside to the large trash bins in the street in front of the hotel. The pillows were too soft for my liking. Very uncomfortable to sleep with. And the fact that you can’t control the AC from the room.

Amazing stay interesting facilities Nothing

The staff was wonderful snd so helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the wait staff were very personable. Nothing. The Social Hub exceeded my expectations.

Location. The staff are kind and the amenities are fantastic. Nothing of note.
