The hostess was lovely and most accommodating. The train was a little noisy but everything else was excellent and compensated.

It is classified as 'deluxe'. This is a joke. Compared to this a 4 star hotel has to be 'galactic'. Noisy, not protected against noise of the nearby main line of the trains, all day and night going. Very small room.

The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood not far from the beach. It is a small triple room, with a small toilet/shower, a breakfast corner, tiny fridge and a coffee machine. Very clean and well serviced. We did not like the room size and its approximaty to the railway. The Porto San-Giorgio's municipality should consider installing acoustic panels to protect inhabitants and summer visitors from the heavy noise of the trains passing by non-stop and may be limit the number of trains to a minimum possible after midnight to allow people to rest during night hours. The owners can also improve the room sonorisation by installing soundproof windows and curtains. The parking is situated outside the building on a public car park in front of the property and with no security. Porto San-Giorgio has quite a number of outdated but expensive hotels.

the property is in a perfect location —the beach is a block away and so many great beach bars and restaurants nearby. The hosts had a variety of juices and light snacks available in the kitchen which was an unexpected homey touch. we loved our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer!
