Hotel Adriattico

Only the location I’ve been traveling all around Brazil for several months, and honestly, this was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was not helpful at all — they didn’t give me the room I had booked, and when I complained, they did nothing to resolve the situation. The room had no proper electrical outlets (only one), the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the shower had only cold water. Breakfast was another huge disappointment: it’s served very early, and by the time most guests arrive, there’s nothing left. Worse, they don’t bother refilling anything. On top of that, the quality of the breakfast was poor and underwhelming. The room look awful (nothing like on the picture they share), and the bed are both confortable at all. Very honestly, if you have the option to stay somewhere else, do it. Avoid this place — it’s a scam.

Location is good. The room was dirty and toilet wasn’t clean às we arrived. We asked for another room but we didn’t get a solution (it was at carnival). We decided to stay since we would leave the next day at early morning to airport, which is quite close.

The property is located near the downtown area but that’s about it! The amenities that the property claims on Booking ARE NOT what’s available, such as high speed internet (no internet at all in the room), when asked at front desk was told it’s available only at common areas, however, it was either slow or on/off - completely unreliable. The rooms are rundown, old, AC doesn’t cool properly, room and bathroom aren’t clean, TV only has 1 channel and it goes on/off, and there’s electric shower gives an electric discharge if touched to change the water temperature, extremely dangerous!! There’s a lot more I could write… run away from this place!

location and good space room. The part I did not like was that I had made a reservation with advance, and informed the schedule that would arrive, and however I could go to the room at 14:00, having to wait 5 hours to enter the room after 11 hours flight. And in a reception ,without air conditioning, fan and no water.and not feel empathy of the officials to solve this problem, pq nor I trying to pay a daily allowance more, will solve the situation. Also needs a transport to the airport.

The location was good for those how need to be close by the airport and restarauts The Shower didnt work hotwater . The single bed was with a old and broke matress . the room as dirty . the breakfast didn't had gluten free option as it as written on the website. the wifi didnt work inside the room and not even in the public places. it was too poor. the only thing we could eat was fruts. gluten free option was only one day, not evereday

Location and the nice building design Blood on my pillow, no mirror in room, fridge off / not working, only one plug point, no bedside table, room very small. OVERHEAD TELEPHONE CABLE WITHIN REACH OF BALCONY. BALCONY BARRIER BROKEN

Very good central location. Clean room. Balcony. Friendly staff. Uncomfortable bed. Old furniture. Only few items at breakfast. Sometimes eggs available. Breakfast room not clean. There were always used dishes on the tables. Neither chair nor table in the room. Room size is not correct. Room is smaller than 22 square meters (as stated).

The TV were very old with channels that you couldn’t even see the people on it. They don’t have parking lot. Everything was old. The mirror on the bathroom had even things written on it showing that they didn’t even clean it. They didn’t even have iron for the clients.
