Súper cute hotel that is very centrally located. Very easy walking distance to downtown and the ferry. The rooms were comfy, homemade breakfast was divine, and the staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful.

The location is OK. The breakfast is good. The check in was fast. The hotel is kind of old. The toilet/ bathroom was not very clean. There is no shampoo/ conditioner.

In a quiet location and near the fishermen’s pier, a pleasant place in the evenings far from the confusion of the main parade. Poor maintenance; air conditioning started pouring water and it took 2 days to repair it and we were not even offered another room. Free drinking water only available to guests at breakfast time. Bed linen not replaced as stated. A list of 18 rules for guests, some of which were really petty even if they were not enforced.

Location 10/10. In the heart of the city, but on a calm road, just in front of the river. A lot of space for free parking, and easy access to supermarket, shopping streets, restaurants, airport etc. Cleanings 10/10. Perfect. Common areas 9/10. Colonial style, with many buildings made of wood and a lot of trees. Some little renovation could be needed in the breakfast room. Room in general 8/10. Simple but effective room, with AC, fridge, TV. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Pool 8/10. Medium pool with waterfall, little renovation needed. Bathroom 6/10. The bathroom has some problems, mainly the toilet. It needs many water charges to correctly flush. Some taps do not close well. Breakfast 5/10. The breakfast could be better, there are little options available. Room amenities 5/10. Insufficient power outlets and almost zero furniture.

Great staffing - we arrived in the middle of the night and they were very friendly and ready for our check-in. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.
