Secluded resort setting. Really nice ocean views from the public areas. The room was very large. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The facilities are old and need some TLC. Tile floors are worn out making them look dirty. The hot water in our shower was lukewarm.

Ac barely works, doors dont close properly and just n old hotel.

Great pool , spacious outdoors, pleasant staff Cheap uber anywhere Not beachfront as advertised, extremely slow restaurant service , give yourself 2 hrs before you will eat Not a lick of English even on reception
-
The staff were very good and polite They were not very clean specially the restaurant/ dinner salon. Lots of flies.

The hotel was satisfactory for a beach resort. We liked the beach volley fields. Breakfast was very busy. After cleaning one day, our towels were missing but rectified by reception.

The place quote run down and nothing seems to work from the AC to the telephone in the room. Staff is rude and untrained. We checked in and asked how and if we could get a pharmacy delivere some drugs to us because our son was sick. They said you can order on an app. The drugs arrive and I asked the guy to leave it at the reception and I would go and pick it later. They bothered to send someone to the room to tell me I can't order without letting them know first but they didn't bring the bag of drugs to the room which they knew was for my son. The rooms are very old even the telephone is not working. For the price they are charging they are no different than the cheap places in town.

Very nice swimming pool area with a view over Porto Segura and the ocean. The swimming pool area was pleasant enough but they lack umbrellas and they only have 6 chaise loungers. The canopy double beds were on the grass which is quite useless and they didn't have proper covering to protect you from the Sun anyway. There needs to be a real focus on protecting customers from the Sun especially for a so called Eco Resort. Eco Resorts don't use plastic straws and plastic cups that end up in the garbage so I would hardly call it an Eco Resort. Poolside Service is terrible. I was constantly looking for someone to place an order with and when I finally got up and went to the bar to get a bottle of water the young woman insisted I order from someone who I couldn't find by the swimming pool completely ridiculous she couldn't hand me a bloody bottle of water. I never did get my water for a full hour. The rooms are dated and they have horrid bedspreads on each bed which God Only Knows could likely walk off the beds. I doubt they wash them in between every customer and besides they look like they're something from the 60s or 70s. They need some serious upgrades on their beds and their Linens. I was also charged 4 reals each for the use of two little so-called swimming pool towels which could have been purchased for the same price or less. I have these cool towels were nothing more than small bath towels that had obviously been overused. I insisted that be removed from the bill. That's the first time in my life of traveling for over 50 years anywhere in the world that I was charged to use a swimming pool towel which wasn't anything more than a small bath towel and they certainly are not worth stealing so I don't understand having to sign for them at the front desk . They offered me an upgrade to a suite which was quite useless as it was no television in the living room just a baron fake leather sofa. The empty cavernous room had draperies that were so old they appear to have plasticized from the Heat.

Very dirty rooms and not like pictures

Location, view, breakfast Nobody spoke English, the hotel seems to prioritise day guests over actual hotel guests, the pool was quite dirty probably due to the fact that many kids were playing unsupervised
-
Very expensive, dirty room. Bad breakfast.
