Pool area is pleasant. Location is excellent. Check in was very slow and front desk staff was not pleasant. The rooms were old with stained walls and curtains. The bathroom was dirty, smelled like urine and there was a cockroach in it. Air conditioner worked poorly. Definitely not worth the price.

I have already booked three times the Sarana Hotel through your services … at the beginning I thought I had found the most balanced hotel in Porto Seguro … but my second and third staying I had a much poorer and disappointed experience… they have the tendency to welcome clients from the booking.com worthless… my last staying time I have upgraded my room to a luxury room to get a vet services and paid more 50 per cent in fares but it was still not worth it… I couldn’t use the balcony as it was dirty, full of birds drops everywhere; I didn’t enjoy the shower as it was broken from day one and it was only repaired the night before I left - despite reporting on my first day there; the hotel never had a porter, so I had to carry my luggage’s up stairs or I had to go around and ask different male staff for help and giving them some tips, at checking in and check out… in one of the rooms that I stayed I couldn’t sleep as there was a strong noise from next door room air conditioning machine and the mattress was very old - so dipping in and causing a backache… Good quality matters; working shower; clean water in the pipes; regular cleaning without confusing machine at the door, porter to help with luggage’s..

Right across the street from the beach The internet basicallyy doesn't work at all. The check-in process lasted half an hour and involved 4 people. They have some of the weirdest covid-rules: for breakfast they closed the outside terrace and you are forced to eat breakfast in a crowded inside space.
