Breakfast was very good, my children and husband enjoy it. The kitchen appliances, a microwave and a kettle would be very useful. Also room service 24h would be nice.

Is ok, nothing Amazing but ok. Pool area nice. Staff friendly. We order food and ot took very long time to arrive, just under one hour when the restaurant was almost empty. The room wasn't very nice, the wals a bit damp. For the price is ok but if you look for luxury or something very special have a proper look before you book.

The staff was friendly and trying the best to help. The aircon was good, the cleaning of the room as well. Food was tasty and drinks well made The feeling we had the hotel was not prepared for the amount of people it had. First they had a group of guest that thought they were at their own house. Loud music, messing in the pool. The staff didnt stop them and just saw one attempt of talkign to them but didnt work. Food took average of 80 min to be delivered and we had situation that the waiter (that we heard was a temporary one) forgot to take our order to the kitchen or in another situation asked us to pay in cash directly to him.
