Nice location surrounded by restaurants, great breakfast with a lot of options. Staff did not talk english and did not even try, would just say “dont speak” and could even drop the phone call when we tried ordering room service. Pool was broken and again, because they did not even try to understand english - they just waved hands and did not fix it.

We spent a week at Hotel Boutique Bahia Bonita in Trancoso, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply perfect, offering a peaceful and beautiful setting while still being close to everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, especially since we were traveling with three kids. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. This hotel is definitely family-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. One of the highlights was the breakfast—an à la carte experience that was absolutely impeccable, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and delicious options. Every meal we had at the hotel was outstanding. The welcome drinks and massages were a delightful touch, setting the perfect tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the cleanliness was flawless, and the minibar was always stocked with delicious treats and refreshing drinks. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. Overall, we had an amazing week and would highly recommend Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and warm stay in Trancoso. We can't wait to return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wi-Fi was not high-speed and was unstable at times, which was a bit frustrating. The staff did their best to help, resetting the system and even changing antennas twice to improve the connection. However, it was never completely reliable. For this reason, I would rate the internet 3 out of 5 stars.

Very well located property near Trancoso's Quadrado. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The staff is very helpful and attentive to guest's needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The breakfast is excellent. They offer a variety of fruit juices, omelets, breads, cakes and tapiocas. I highly recommend the suites with sea view.

The property is just perfect and so cozy ! This place has the Trancoso vibe! Less than a 5min walk to the square, best location! Great bedroom with all the comfort you need, yummy breakfast with such great views, and such a most helpful and polite staff! This is small property , you feel special here. Congrats to Carol and her team for a wonderful stay. Will stay here again no doubt. We liked everything about this property

The hotel impresses with its exceptional cleanliness and stunning beauty, boasting spacious rooms that exude a sense of luxury. The amenities provided are equally impressive, offering guests a delightful experience throughout their stay. Although the breakfast was undeniably delicious, its table service format resulted in some food wastage. Additionally, an issue arose with the internet during our stay, causing intermittent connectivity problems. Regrettably, it took the hotel staff nearly two days to address and rectify the situation.
