The location of the hotel is very good and the pool area is the highest point of the place. Rooms are very poorly maintained. Bathroom was dingy and tiles were yellowed. Cleaning is not a strength here and the food is terrible. Halls are incredibly noisy.

Pool area was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is what really makes this place worth it. Toilet clogged on first day, asked to fix it and nothing was done until we complained again. When it seemed to be fixed it wasn’t and the toilet ended up over flowing. Thank god it was on the day we were leaving.

The size of the room was good. The stairs weren't so safe, my partner got sick and I requested a late check out so he could rest a bit more before we have to go to the airport and that was denied so we had to sit in the reception for 4 hours, the food was overpriced and not so tasty could be better the cleaning of the room specially the bathroom wasn't the best and a bad smell came of it during entire stay, some staff was really nice but some was a bit off.

Dinner service was said (and written) to be available up to 21:30. However, the phone wasn't working so we could order, and when we finally managed to speak to the restaurant (on a terribly low volume) the person said we had to order before 21:10 (???), so now we were famished and had to find some other way to eat. Despicable treatment and information throughout the hotel staff and booklets.

Little things come to mind like, it looks like the rooms need a remodel and the safe didn't work . If those were done it would be a 10 out of 10

Great location, right in front of the beach. Good breakfast. Lovely pool area to relax. There was a constant noise during the night coming from outside, I think it's from all the AC units on the rooms balconies. It was all night every night.

I spent at leats 30 min waiting to do the check in.

Beautiful pool area, good location There was no water on the fridge and no control for the TV. We contacted the front desk twice and they never gave us the control. No ar conditioning on the front desk and main entrance and it was 90 degrees F.

It is a big hotel, kind of low cost resort. Good for people traveling with families, kids. Not good for single travelers Rooms have a strange smell. Poor breakfast.
