Nice convenient hotel close to Figari airport. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool with great views. Very nice spacious room with modern en suite and very comfortable bed. Small outside seating area but it had no view. It was quite a hike back up from the car park to our room, although you can unload your luggage by the reception. The breakfast was the most expensive of all the 7 places we stayed while touring Corsica, so we opted out. Shame, as had it been €12-14 each we might have considered it.

Great breakfast with wonderful views from the breakfast room and roof terrace. Awesome, helpful host. Cute little pool. Great landscaping, well kept! Room was a bit dark, and had weird stairs inside the room. Fridge only for minibar items. No beach access. Need a car for everything, not walkable. Steep walk on property since it’s built on hillside (only a problem if you are not fit)

Hotel is tucked into a hillside private jungle! Rooms are secluded and comfortable. The main house has a small terrace with fantastic views of the hills and across the bay to Porto Vecchio - only 10 mins by car. Terramea restaurant is very good and is walking distance. Other ones are 4-5 km by car. Pool has a narrow deck with lounge chairs. Pool is refreshing and seems larger once you are in it! Helpful owners.wonderful beaches of Buco de Bonfwcchu and Palambaggia are striking away . Thoughtfully the hotel provides guests with beach towels as well as pool towels! On a steep lot with narrow access. Not great for people with mobolity issues.

Lionel was very friendly and accommodating. Roland made it seem like everything was a burden, such as ordering a drink at the bar, or asking for some fresh towels. Overall a poor attitude and not very hospitable, perhaps it was due to our lack of French language. Facilities are very good and the rooms are well equipped with required amenities, although the decor and furnishings are very dated. Our garden room was also very dark with little natural light due to the dense greenery surrounding. Overall a pleasant stay but lacking in hospitality from the owner, and we felt it was very expensive for what we received at just under 2000eur for a week.

This was our second summer in a row at this hotel. Likes include the location (a short drive to wherever you desire to go), the beauty of the property itself, the top quality fresh breakfast, and perhaps most important - the amazing service! There isn't anything we didn't like!

Superb

Amazing service, great people running the place. The location is great, by car you can get to beaches even the more popular ones while skipping most of the traffic that the other side of the bay has.

Lovely hotel with great hosts, lovely breakfast, pool, large rooms with lots of space, patio, beach towels, great a/c and cookies! The parking was hard as it’s hilly and we are older and although we got help from owners on our arrival and departure, it would have been better to be able to have our car be parked up where the personnel lot was. Also lots of ants outside on the steps.

Well, everything. I was skeptical while reading all the previous reviews as it seemed too good to be true but it was actually amazing. The hosts are really friendly, the hotel itself has a really cozy vibe, silent and private. The pool has a great view over Porto-Vecchio and the Mediterranean, you can use it whenever you want. The room is very well equipped and it has its own private terrace. Everything great Nothing

We really enjoyed our stay at Private Hotel, we thought the name a little strange, but the reality is you have a very private room and do not need to see anyone unless you wish too. The breakfast was delicious and generous and Lionel and his Father who own the Hotel make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The location is fine as long as you have a car.

We loved it all!!, from the most critical box-ticking elements to the unexpected warmth of the family who runs the haven. Box-ticking: everything it says is true, location is perfect, the place is stunning, the rooms are very nice, the pool is great, the view is mesmerizing. And the warmth and hospitality of the family that welcomes you and nurtures you (should you wish), will provide you with all the best addresses, the best times, and a truly great time. I went there for my honeymoon, and i cannot wait for next summer to bring my entire family there. Whole heartedly recommended.

Very accommodating of vegan diet. Nice little selection on offer. Lovely fresh food. Friendly staff, extremely helpful. Owner even booked our evening meal reservations for us, recommending some amazing restaurants. Extremely clean. Great facilities in the room. Highly recommend! Maybe a few more options at breakfast would've been welcome for the sake of variety.

the pool very isolated

nice big and ver comfortable room, very excellent breakfast, nice family Hotel with a really very nice owner family beautiful room from the pool snd breakfast room, the room had no view whatsoever, the distance to any beach is much too far and in August the nearest beach (abt 5 kms) is very crowded. The terrace needs cleaning and new painting, no restaurant and pool is tiny

The owner/proprieter of this hotel is the most joyful, accommodating, and considerate host. The man is perfectly suited to the hospitality industry. We has established a culture of friendliness and helpfulness amongst all of his staff. We arrived after an exhausting day of international travel, and had planned on walking to near by restaurant. But, it was cold and rainy upon our arrival at the hotel. Without hesistation, and without us even making any inquiry as to transportation options, the Owner volunteered to drive us in his own personal car to and from the restaurant. The breakfast was ample and delicious, with a lovely view down the hill to the water.
