Superb

Room was very nice, shower was excellent. Reception staff was very good No Halal food options, also the lady who served us breakfast was not very nice and didnt want to help out with the halal food.

Definitely not worth the money paid, the food was delayed a lot for breakfast and it was bad, we ended up having an upset stomach.

The person running the dining facilities, Robin I believe, did an amazing job as his experience in the food and restaurant space shined throughout. Breakfast was soooo good. The food was always fresh and service was prompt and with a genuine smile. We ate dinner there one evening as well... probably one of the best in the area. Again, service staff were awesome and this helped make our experience that much better. I am not one to say many negative things, but please be aware of ROOM 25 (or it may have been 26). We arrived around 6pm and checked into both rooms (one for our kids, the other for us). I initially smelled what I thought was refuse, but it lessened as we were running out to dinner. Upon our return, there was no hint of a smell, but a full-out smell of sewage. This room is above three restrooms in the lobby and it seems that they vent out directly into ROOM 25's bathroom. It was so noxious, that we left immediately and after the front desk clerk came up to witness this herself, she moved us to the only free room available. The hotel did upgrade us from that room for the rest of our stay, but I had heard from others that this was not a one-off issue. They need to jet-clean the vents and fix this for future guests. Please note, the staff were MORE than attentive and helpful, and I would definitely return to this hotel. One room issue does not make a place uninhabitable. The Staff, the facilities, and the overall value this all creates far outweighs this one hiccup. Outside of this, it would be a 10 !

The location They have mentioned that they have air conditioning facility but that’s not true, we got the room and they provided me with table fan

The room was nice and large, with amenities such as bottled water, chocolates, side tables, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was nice (made to order), and the service was good. The environment was very inviting. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our bags up and down the stairs. However, there was someone there to help upon request. They ran out of towels during our stay.

It was modern and contemporary. The staff were not very welcoming at reception they chatted a lot to each other and barely looked up when we walked in. This was most days at reception while we were there.

Easy booked, great location, very clean, comfy bed and fantastic breakfast. Staff helpful, late booking but still managed a late checkout no problem. Thought the cost when booked at 7pm for that night could be reduced when hotel not nearly full.

The bed was incredible. The room in general was perfect. The sauna wasnt working when we arrived which was sad. We expected a little more spa treatment.
