Magnificent place to stay! Hosts go over and above to make you feel at home! Lovely couple! English breakfast was absolutely delicious! Close to the city centre and the Untethered Skye Cafe. Directly situated on the loop. Parking available. Everything we wanted and more. Nothing

Everything was clean, the hosts were attentive to all our needs, the food was delicious and so much care was taken to ensure we had a perfect stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for any couple staying in Portree. Nothing! It was all great!

Andy and Lena have an exceptional air b and b. Our room number 1 was the best. Quiet, super clean and the breakfast all 3 days was fantastic. Tag team of Lena and Andy gave us everything plus more of choices to get our day staryed. They gave us tips and advice on Skye features. If you are thinking of a good spot in Portree, you will love Roses air b and b. Cheers for now guys! Nothing was wrong. 10 out of 10.

Just five minutes away from Portree Harbour and the hosts are exceptional. Very welcoming and hospitable. The house is impeccable! Breakfast is delicious, freshly prepared by the hosts including homemade bread and yogurts. A good choice of bfast dishes and options to choose from. Everything was just perfect!

Fabulous hosts. So helpful Spotless. So many small details which made it exceptional. A long steep hill to walk up from town.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Lots of parking space. Breakfast was very good. Nothing. Fair walk to town, we drove.

Andy and Lina are really nice hosts. Upon arrival Andy provided us with detailed information. Breakfast was great with homemade cake and yoghurt. Location is perfect. I would stay at the same accomodation if I had to re-visit Isle of Skye.

The property was immaculate, very clean and the hosts Andy and Lian Na were the best they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfasts were amazing home made bread and porridge as well as the normal full cooked breakfast.

Very well presented, pristine clean and lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts Andy & Lian - what a lovely couple they are! Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, lots of choice. There is a communal guest lounge with a large TV which we did make use of and this was a very comfortable space … also a communal guest fridge in the breakfast room. Lots of great information about the island from Andy & Lian which we found super helpful - they were such excellent hosts Nothing, all good

Perfect home away from home. The king bed room was large with a large bathroom. Very comfortable bed and very quiet setting. Nothing

Top notch treatment - from checkin, breakfasts, advice on things to do. Lian & Andy are very personable, made sure my wife's gluten intolerance was handled for meals and tea tray, created special treat for my wife with all the birds at their feeder.
