Great location. Very clean. Good room. Breakfast didn’t have enough healthy fruit. Ran out of eggs. Did not expect to pay $45 extra for parking. Odd they required you to go to lobby for bath mats.
-
Very nice staff. We had a wedding to attend at 3pm, so they let us check in an hour early allowing us to get ready. Breakfast was great and parking though not free was very convenient and secure.
-
Definitely the best hotel deal around! Lots of room with a kitchen and sofa and desk! The bed was very comfortable. We will look for a Homewood Suites wherever we go!

Clean, well serviced, friendly and helpful staff. Not luxe, but excellent value for the price

The property was very nice, excellent breakfast and nice seating area. Not a big outside area to sit. Parking is pretty expensive.

No Pool…Good breakfast, valet parking excellent
-
Beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms with kitchen. Delicious full breakfast! Maybe a different brand of coffee?

Nicely updated and very clean. They charge for parking but we found sreet parking without trouble. We apprciated that it was walkable to the main areas of Portsmouth.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very clean, modern and convenient to town. Only complaints were the price of parking. After the first night I parked in the garage next door to save $5/night. Breakfast quality could be raised a bit. For instance, all the juices were VERY watered down, to the point of being undrinkable.

Very clean, friendly staff, and perfect location! The only parking offered by the hotel is valet, which was fine for me, but just be aware.
-
The location was great! The staff especially Jimmy and Johnny were so nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and love the full kitchen! We loved the property but if I had to pick I’d say the pillows weren’t great.
-
Walkability to stores, restaurants & historic sites/museums. Surprise $45. per night parking fee.
-
Great hotel but they charge an arm and a leg for parking.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. There are limited parking options, the only on-site parking offered is valet and can be pricey. We went in August and it was in the 90’s with high humidity. The room air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down. We let them know and they said they would send a maintenance person to check it out but never did. We asked to change rooms and they accommodated us but the new room was no better. Overall it is not worth the price.

The room was beautiful. Good location. Breakfast was a mess. No orange juice, the eggs weren't restocked. Only plain yogurt. No full-sized plates. Apparently the "breakfast person" didn't show up, and there was no contingency plan. No free parking. At $40 a night, that raises the price of an already overpriced hotel.
