I only have 3 issues with my stay but other than that my stay was great. Before booking our stay i called specifically to make sure that the pool was open because we wanted our kids to be able to swim and the lady i spoke to assured me that it was open then upon checking in we asked what times the ppol was open and we were told that it was in fact not open but actually permanently closed, Then the biggest issue of all my husband got a bedbug Off of his shirt, when we arrived he hung his shirts up in the closet then the next morning he got out of the shower and got it out of the closet to put it on he noticed something crawling on the sleeve of it before he ever put it on. Then when we ate breakfast this morning we got some apple juice and it seemed very diluted so we tried some orange juice and it was the exact same way we both realized then that it was either almost out or had been mixed incorrectly and was watered down.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were not working during the stay which disappointed some of the group.

Location Helen the rep at desk told me to get the hell out of the hotel if I didn’t like the noise that was being caused by the rail road crew that stays there. They get a break and only pay 65.00 per night. All while they charge all of us 150.00 per night.

Comfortable size room and bathroom Breakfast had lots of choices and a comfortable room. Great coffee Faucet in sink made noise and bathroom door wouldn’t close completely. Slow elevator. Bed was hard

My only complaint is I called main number for Holiday Inn and was not offered a lower rate when I asked for one. I hung up and went online to Hotels.com and found a cheaper rate! Amazing that they can"/won't do a discount over the phone. Breakfast was good. Be careful in the bathtub!
