Poulsbo Inn & Suites

Room was good although did find a used straw under a chair and bathroom vent was very dusted. Staff was nice and friendly.

I’ve stayed here several times throughout the years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. One of the things I really enjoy is the rooms have a country type feel to them. Bonus are the hot tub and pool; pool is seasonal. I wouldn’t say the following is a negative but I wish they still had the biscuits and gravy, assorted breads and muffins and waffles for breakfast in the morning. They’ve cut it back to bagels, coffee, and juice. Great place to stay though!

Saturday morning I came in to officially check in on Expedia, like it was explained to me, and the woman (also friendly and upbeat and happy to learn new stuff), who was newer there, handled it no problem and had help from others just in case!! They were all happy to help and also friendly. Everything was great!! Security worked too. Kid tried to open my door Sat morn and their security card didn't let them in. Loved the rustic atmosphere and style; especially with the Viking history of the city. Was too busy to use the hot tub and pool, but saw others enjoy it. Will definitely use this place next time I'm here if not my destination! Short drive to Heronswood Garden. Perfect!!

Great stay overall, the staff is incredibly nice! Can’t stress enough how good the staff treated my family during our visit.

It’s kind of like a time warp in the room, old furniture in pretty good shape. The lighting could be better. The room was very clean however.

Very clean! Nice staff. Would stay here again, we were very pleased with the Hotel.

Motel is a little older but well maintained in general. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Pillows however were terrible and very thin. Had to put two on top of each other.

Easy to access when arriving in Paulsbo and close to town.

Next night...same thing. Occupants left, dog started barking non-stop, until the owners returned about 3 hours later. We again contacted the front desk, twice, and again they said they'd call the room (unoccupied) at the times. Totally unsatisfactory. Doubt we'll stay there again!

Everything was great! Used the hot tub,very homey and fresh baked cookies on check-in.
