Very nice and clean and very comfortable bed

Me gusta mucho brassada pero en esta ocasión la habitación estaba la alfombra muy sucia y la cama no estaba bien arreglada . Además el día que llegamos la piscina la cerraron a las 5 pm por una fiesta privada . Cuando llevas niños la piscina es la mayor atracción allí así que no tuvimos más opciones que salir temprano en un día caluroso .

Great experience!

The Brasada Ranch is a beautiful property with nice facilities. We rented a 2-bedroom house, and it was very nice. The area is beautiful. However, there are some drawbacks and things to know. The Brasada Ranch is a beautiful resort that appears to be largely run by a bunch of teenagers. The staff was friendly, but they mostly appeared to be part-time employees who were working at their summer job. With the exception of the golf pro and the golf Marshall (who were excellent), it felt like all the other staff members, from the front desk to the recreation center to the restaurant, were kind of phoning it in. Not the level of service I expected for a resort of this caliber and for the amount of money I paid. The place is expensive! I also wasn't impressed by the food at the Ranch restaurant. We only ate there once as it didn't meet my expectations, especially for the price. I also didn't understand that everyone gets around the property either on golf carts (for a hefty sum per day) or in their car. We walked from our house to the main area, but it was a 15 min walk, and the pathway isn't well lit after dark. It's clear that a lot of people don't walk. It's also worth noting that it is far from Bend - like 35-40 mins drive. I did research the location, but I didn't understand that it takes 35 mins to drive 18 miles in and around that area.

location and views around the property were amazing. Our room was walking distance to all the amenities. This place has it all. The bed was not great. broken down and sank in the middle. killed my back.

The room was big and very comfortable It was a little dark and we didn’t particularly want to see Portland news. The local news would have been better

Beautiful place. Staff were exceptional

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin. There were two large master suites with king sized beds and a pull out bed in the loft. Cabin had everything you need to prep a meal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We wanted to roast marshmallows one night and they found us sticks, and turned on a fireplace for us- went out of their way to assist us. Both the family pool complex and the adult pool were beautiful and fun to be at. Had drinks at both that were great. We were there with teens who enjoyed the water slide and the small lazy river. They also enjoyed the pickleball courts in the evening. Our unit had a hot tub which we didn’t use because it was so hot out, but would be lovely in the winter. We had dinner at the ranch house which was perfect for a family. Pizza was delicious, kids enjoyed their pasta and brownie Sundays. The resort is about 20 minutes from town. We were headed to some of the parks on the east side of town for a tournament so it was nice to come into town on the backside and not have to get through town. Our family can’t wait to return.

Everything was great!! Views and experience were awesome!! It was our first time there and I wish they had signs to let us know where to check in. We didn’t know where to go when we first arrived. Maybe a sign to help direct us where to go when arriving but other than that the place was amazing, peaceful and fun!!!

The ranch is wonderful so fancy. They had a short delay in having our room ready so they upgraded us to a cabin which was like a full duplex with full hot tub on large deck. We were blown away with the Brasada Ranch facility and guest service

Every staff person was so helpful, friendly, and enjoyed their job. They often worked in teams of at least 2 or more. It really is the very best of the best for every feature from pools, stores, restaurants, rooms, landscaping, rooms, views, and wildlife. Top A+. Don't hesitate to spend on this place, you can't go wrong.

This property is so beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the bungalows which is 21+. We had our own private outdoor hot tub and shower and a beautiful continental breakfast was delivered to our bungalow every morning! The adults only pool was right behind the bungalows offering delicious food and drinks! We also had our own golf cart to drive around the property with. Staff were so nice and anything we needed was provided during our sray!!

Everything was top notch from the service to the accommodations and activities. Proximity to Bend also a plus. Will definitely come back.
