Hotel 1921

Quiet, comfortable, and clean with just a short walk to the beach. Our room had a large balcony with a glimpse of the water. Excellent sound-proofing. Has an elevator and did not hear any noise from other guests. Breakfast buffet selection was exceptional.

I stayed here overnight before catching the ferry to Malta. Nice clean, modern hotel that was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Bed was very comfortable and shower excellent. The desk clerk booked a driver to take us to the port at 7:00 am and arranged a to-go bag with a muffin and orange since we were leaving before breakfast opened. The morning clerk knew we had a car at 7:00 and was texting to make sure it was on the way. It arrived at 7:05 with the desk clerk on constant lookout for it. It was a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. There are only a few food choices real close to the hotel. So be prepared to walk around.

Everything was good Another hotel that has international travelers but only Italian language tv....in this day and age of internet tv its just nuts they don't think of the traveler more...its a problem everywhere

Clean hotel, both common areas and the rooms. Friendly staff who tried to accommodate. Breakfast was adequate. Location was good, 10 min walk to the beach. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Bar area closed in the evening. Light controls in the room were strange: for example, the bathroom light was coupled with the fan, so if you used the bathroom at night, you would wake up your partner with the fan noise. The walk to the beach was through narrow dirty sidewalks.

Very clean and spacious

The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. The hotel seemed almost new and was spotlessly clean. The bed was the most comfortable of our trip so far. The shower was excellent with very good water pressure. We enjoyed the breakfast. Nothing really. The location seemed a bit out of town when we arrived in the evening but we were recommended a pizza restaurant just round the corner which turned out to be a good experience. When we walked around the town the following day, it was a short walk to the beach and shortish to the town centre.

Conveniently located near the Pozzallo train station. Large, comfortable room. Complimentary breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Nothing.

The hotel was neat and clean, staff was helpful and friendly. It's quite cleanish, there is not really a style and its.. yeah.. modern. The location is, not a place where you are gonna work around. It was ok as we just came from the ferry and needed a place to stay, but this is not a place where you gonna stay if you wanna go out in town.

Clean stafff the breakfast lady and Manuela is an asset hep me a lot print out of places to visit guide s direction and she even drop me to modi a savage noticed I was bored in pozzallo …never heard about a person like let alone a receptionist… Manuella is a great asset to the hotel and to the company itself I cannot say anything more .. kind professional caring and go beyond what is expected of her … for all the good deeds she’s done to me … for me as a mere guest in the hotel … please pass this message to Manuella best person I have encountered and I travelled a lot around the world … she’s priceless ..keep it up Maniella and promote her and don’t let her go … people of this kind is to keep and valued As shove Manuella is a gem

Booked 1 night to take ferry to Malta on the next day early morning. Location is very good for this sort of thing. Staff are very professional and helpful. Hotel is modern, clean and had all the amenities one would need. I cannot complain about anything. It was a very good experience.
