The view over the sea is incredible. Sitting on the terrace watching the sunset is an unforgettable experience. The staff were wonderful. The shower was not clean. The hot tub electrical connections were not properly insulated from water ingress. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night so all we could get was potato chips from the bar. What hotel doesn’t serve dinner?

Beautiful sea views of Capri from this hotel. Spacious, modern, quiet rooms. Location is perfect for overnight before a flight. Bit remote for a long stay.Free airport shuttle. Delicious breakfast. Dinner restaurant has lovely views and good food at a very reasonable price. The hotel has a lot of comfortable seating areas, indoors out outdoors.Thete is also a spa in site. Waiting staff at dinner didn't understand English too well. Bread should have been served with our pasta but didn't arrive at our table until we were done eating. The neighbourhood is not very appealing.

The advert states that the hotel offers an inclusive airport transport service. After booking I attempted to arrange this and was told it does not run on a Sunday, but the hotel could assist in a taxi service! I ended up having to make separate transfer arrangements at my own cost.

The location is good with water view The main reason for booking this property was for relaxing in the jacuzzi. The first thing was the foul smell of the volcano when reached at the property.then the jacuzzi was damaged, dirty, had leaking water and didn’t work at all. Waste of money on that. Lastly the restaurant didn’t have much of food options and at breakfast as well there was no egg and when asked for it we were told we have to pay. The staff and the food not that good. Avoid this place
