Friendly staff, the receptionist's professional attitude. The interior design of the building is unique (which was one of the main reasons for booking it). However ... I usually don't like to give negative reviews, but I have no choice this time: The mattress is very uncomfortable and full of dents, and the bed creaks. The conditions for a good/quality sleep are far not met. The breakfast is incredibly poor. That "free" breakfast included with the Genius 3 tier is worth about that much... ? Toilet seat broken. The toilet flush button is stuck; it takes several presses to stop the water from running. In the shower stall, instead of shower gel, there’s the same very cheap, low-quality hand soap as by the sink. The small refrigerator in the room is very old; it's door doesn't close properly, and it's very-very noisy. The room door (101) was stuck; it took a lot of effort to open it. (If anyone were to question this, it is all documented, see photos attached) What the advertisement calls a "sea view" is actually a view of an unkempt yard, and between two walls there is a very narrow "view" of the harbor. Parking is far away—more than two hundred meters to walk —and the entrance is very narrow for a mid-size SUV. Plus, there’s a huge surcharge; they charged me 18 euros extra for one night parking. Along the "good advertising", I would humbly suggest to pay some more attention to a few basic details and needs, to meet some minimal decent conditions – and not just taking the money from tourists, but also carrying out a minimum amount of maintenance. Not even a single chair in the room called "suite". A total disappointment for a hotel rated "4 stars"...

Grady location, clean room. Mattress was too soft and spongy. All a bit dated.

It’s an old building perfectly refurbished, with very big rooms, almost suite, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast. The hotel is over very ancient roman pools that is possible to see from a room underground with transparent floor. Just ask to the lady at breakfast. It’s an experience itself: only guest can visit the ancient roman ruins underground. Another experience is to have breakfast in a spectacular balcony with a wonderful wiew of the full Pozzuoli gulf as well as the “macellum “ roman ruins. Very amazing experiences. Nothing bad.

The view of the restaurant. I get that this is a thermal hotel, but I had to air the room for two hours so that the humidity in the air would be bearable. The room was huge, but the facility was very old, the bed was not comfortable and cleanliness was not OK. Breakfast also was not good, beside the coffee that tasted quite good.

Great area within minutes walk to local station, the port and main square. The room was a good size and had everything you needed. Lovely view of the sea and macellum from the room. Warm welcome at breakfast from staff, lovely view from the breakfast terrace. Opportunity for late checkout. General condition of the room would benefit from updating and some appliances replacing (e.g. fridge was very noisy).
