Location is spectacular. Across a quiet beach road from a sterling beach surrounded by nearby Sam Roi Yot mountains and islands. Quiet beach-side village. Very quiet... eat early... the restaurants mostly close at 8:00! Still undeveloped (but that won't last long). The location is world class for sure. The near by national park has a number of worthwhile sights including caves, wetlands, etc. I had a motorbike, and you will definitely need your own transportation to enjoy it all. The bed was the worst I have ever encountered. Avoid this place if you have any back issues (or at least check the bed before paying). Otherwise, the room and attached bathroom are clean, functional and spacious... quite nice for the money.

incredibly delicious and nice place. we took a two day trip from hua hin. long white beach right across the street. the place was quiet, with an incredible view. definitely worth the money! The only thing I didn't like was the beds. they were very soft. then got a bit of a pain in the back. if they are changed we will definitely be back!

Location is great. Parking is plentiful. View from the restaurant to the sea is gorgeous. Food in the restaurant is very very good. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again. Lots of mosquitoes...not the resorts fault maybe, however there are a lot of stagnant water features around the resort and maybe they came from that. So stock up on mosquito repellent.

Great location on the beach. Clean rooms, all you need. Lovely bsthroom with shower and hot water. Restraunt on sitewith excelleny menu Certainly go back and reccomend. Good value for the money thats for sure

Absolutely friendly staff, good location and easy mc rental Rooms hidden in like a wild "rainforest" what's a perfect mosquito factory, all hotel is run down a little and could use some maintenance ....like wallpaper loose some places our room and cracks in the walls.

Good situation in Sam Roi Yot. We loved the village and surroundings. The People at the resort tried to help us but not all of them spoke English well and where up to date with information and possibillities in the surroundings. But clean, good location and good room

Manager sorted out the mistakes made by the staff. I booked a villa,and staff checked me in to a different room. Manager also changed my booking from 2 nights into one night on request. Good management! Staff was not giving me the room i booked.. No staff before 10 am in the morning. No breakfast before 10 am.

Quiet resort, just accross the road from the beach, nice enough rooms for the price. Easy parking on site and nice restaurant. Nothing
