The large room with high ceilings and lovely wooden Thai trimming, is welcoming. The walls are concrete and keep noise out. The owner, Bram, is very helpful and willing to answer questions. Also, Bram's father and the pet dog Bella, are nice. Just one block to walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice pool, quiet neighbourhood, shade, good breakfast. Shower has lots of hot water and is spacious. Daily room freshening appreciated. This place is relaxed, but it isn't spotless. The towels are well used but air dried and fresh, which is fine by me. The place is dated but has charm and is welcoming.

The breakfast was delicious and the young girl who served our breakfast was very polite.

A small hotel in a pleasant setting, the rooms surrounding a central compact garden and swimming pool. Hotel owners were able to arrange trips or even drop you off at some of the closer locations. Breakfast with a reasonable variety was included, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier, when out for a walk one of them offered us a lift back on her moped

The peace and quiet His & her Sinks which was handy. Bram & his visiting father friendly. Ceiling fan & a/c Also Ceiling fan on terrace which helped ward off flies etc. Lack of advertised facilities. What was offered was nothing like advertised ie no safe, unable to pay by visa etc, only accepts card or bank transfer. Too costly to install card machine. No bar. No restaurant. Pool filter never on during the day. Pool could be quite dirty at times. Not many used pool because of this. Only 4 sunbeds even though there were 11 rooms. Garden is in need of a good tidy. Owners dirty car parked in front of our room, so instead of a pleasant outlook, you looked at this dirty car. Towels extremely thin & rough. No hand towels supplied until the last 2 days. Hand basin taps never wiped over, toothpaste splashes over tap the whole 2 weeks we were there. Curtains broken and an eyesore to look at. Owner gave us 2 pegs to keep them shut. Floor in room & bathroom never washed the whole time we were there. Terrace table filthy, had to clean it myself. Terrace never swept, there was bits of paper, etc, under the table when we arrived & still there when we left. My partner had to clean the shower head so that there was a good water spray. He also had to defrost the freezer so that I could store some meds. When defrosted, we found a tub of ice cream. Told Bram about having to defrost the fridge and he wasn't in the least interested. After 3 days I had to ask why room hadn't been cleaned & and the towels changed. Room should have been cleaned daily. Father blamed Booking.com for advertising misleading hotel description. Take no notice of the description given on Booking.com as this is VERY misleading, hotel nothing like advertised, especially the 'photos which are extremely old. Couldn't recommend.

We loved the location of the property. You were literally 2 minutes away from the beach where there are some lovely restaurants. The owner, Bram is very helpful and will go out of his way to make sure you are having a lovely time. The place itself is quiet Nothing. The place was great.

Supper friendly and helpful host

If you like a chilled and laid back vibe then this is the place for you. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely pool. The rooms are of a good size with comfortable beds and hot showers with good pressure. The owner Bram who is Dutch is very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do in the local area and can organise cars, trips etc. Breakfast is a very relaxed affair in the garden and it is a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Breakfast was good and you could have as much coffee as you wanted. Staff were really friendly and A the hotel manager supported us well with getting a taxi to our next location and was also super friendly. GRAB will not work here! Pool was good and a nice little sunspot. Room wasn't the cleanest as there were ants in our room and bathroom, 2x large spiders in the windows of shower area with cobwebs and 1 on ceiling. Dusty behind bed. The lovely cook come cleaner sorted the ants out for us and the spiders apart from the one on the ceiling along with cobwebs were gone. She gave the room a good go over. When the ants returned, I told A that there seems to be a nest behind the bathroom mirror so will need sealing. The outside toilet needs some attention and only 1 bike can be taken out as the pumps do not fit the valves.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Long Beach Inn with our 3 children. The staff was very friendly, the children loved the pool, everything was very clean, quite and only 1 minute walk from the beach. Bram, the owner, was very helpful with tours and even guided us with his car to the marshlands. Excellent base for tours to the Kui Buri NP and to the phraya nakhon cave (Sam Roi Yot NP). We would stay there again. Thanks Bram and staff for 3 lovely days! Dunja and family

Long Beach Inn is a quaint little getaway that offers exceptional hospitality from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave. The lush green garden and the pool are very relaxing, and the beach is just a very short stroll away. Rooms are comfortable and clean. They are also very welcoming to your fur-babies. Definitely recommend coming here for a peaceful getaway.
