Clean, large rooms.

The staff (family) was super friendly. They were incredibly kind, helping us with the transfer to the station and even offering us some gorgeous sandwiches for or travel at the departure day. The money value ratio was incredible.

They have a 24h checkin, which was good for us as our train arrived at midnight. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner helped us with booking some trips for our onward journey. The room was very clean and spacious. Shower worked very well, so did the Wifi. We especially liked that we had a front porch on which we could sit to relax when not out and about. Train station, shops, restaurants, some nice cafés and the night market are all close by and within walking distance. For the bus terminal you have to take a tuktuk. They even gave us some bikes for free to explore the area and they also had a small breakfast snack table. Can absolutely recommend and would stay there again. There seems to be no mosquito netting at the ventilation in the bathroom. So we had a bunch of mosquitos in the room. Fixing this shouldn't cost too much but would have a big effect on (sleeping-) comfort. A water bottle refill station (even for a small fee) would be great to avoid plastic waste.

Actually I liked each and every point of this place. The room was super spacious, exceptionally clean, furnished well, had a pleasant design, comfortable, with a big open terrace facing the green garden. Even though the breakfast was mentioned as not included, in fact it was, as in the morning the owners offer steam cooked rice with banana/stuffed buns, fruits, toasts plus coffee/tea (ok, instant, but still).

We enjoyed staying at this resort. It is conveniently located not that far the train station, beach, restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and the night market, with quick check-in and check-out. We also felt safe walking to and from the resort. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for what we needed. We booked our room without breakfast, but a simple breakfast such as coffee, fruit, and toast was available if we wanted it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner was especially kind.

Big and very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Very kind staff. They even brought free sandwiches to our room in the morning. Very nice place overall, good location to reach by car. It's a pity that we didn't have more time to spend there.

The location is perfect when you come by car. Easy to park outside. If it was not for the extremely uncomfortable bed and pillow, we would give higher grade. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in and the pillow was so thin that I put shirts and clothes in the bed to use as pillow.

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were also spacious. Internet was fast and stable, air con worked perfectly. The place is very clean and it’s kept clean daily. Free bikes and free breakfast . The location is very central, 2 blocks from the sea, 2blocks from markets, and around the corner from stores and restaurant. The host is very sweet and accommodating.

Very close to the train station, the lady was very helpful. We did not try the offered breakfast, it were given a snack upon arrival. Rooms are bungalow style, they were roomy & clean. Not so many restaurants close by. Great street market.

A lovely room , nice and quiet everything was in good working order which is unusual. The hotel staff were excellent . Everything was so good.

Everything. Owners and staff were the best !! Nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Spacious room, great hot showers , good air con and great wifi. Help yourself breakfast bar which was complimentary. Centre of town … food market and restaurants very bear. Best beach was a tuk tuk ride away . Highly recommend! Nothing to dislike

Very pleasant place friendly and helpful not too far from everything . All good no complaints

the stay was perfect as always. this was my fifth time at this establishment. the rooms are large, clean, welcoming and equipped with air conditioning. the towels smell like laundry and the bathroom was impeccable. the perfect breakfast, every day with a different typical product. I love this place.

The property was in a quiet location lovely restaurant around corner . Left out of property to end then left again. Near train station

It is simple and clean, well located near the centre of town and the sea Nothing comes to mind
