Great location right by the beach, excellent view, quiet area of town, staff always there and helpful, nice large lounge areas on first and on second floors with beach view. Close to everything. Because they are very popular with local thai tourists, u cant book weekend nights on booking. U need to book weekend nights onsite and the price is higher for weekends.

The location is optimal. .Some of the rooms do not have a sea view. I am not sure that is entirely clear when you book (though I could be wrong).

Simple breakfast but we were not expecting anything so nice to have the option. Coffee toast rice porridge and some small sweet treats and bananas.You can buy cheap beer and soft drinks at reception ? A little noisy walls are a little thin Bed very hard .

Location of hotel on the sea front is excellent. They also offer a small self-service breakfast which was a bonus. The bedroom felt a bit tired and unloved, and in need or freshening up. It's asolutely fine for one night.

The location is great with the ocean view. The peaceful esplanade is ideal for bliss walk or so. There are numerous eateries and coffeehouses in a walking distance. The room is new and clean as usual (I tried to stay at this property every time I visit this area provided that I could find a room), very good value for money. None.
