Spacious rooms, view from room, location was great, many delicious restaurants within walking distance. The bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep, shower had almost no water pressure, walls thin.

Great value for the price. directly accross from the ocean. Limited covered parking . No coffee available in room.

I did not see any breakfast on the location. But a small breakfast place next door. I would like to have stayed longer

The door outside to the balcony would not fully close so we could hear the loud street noise. We could not sleep well because of this.

The staff were magnificent. The view from my room was fabulous. Although the property is beachfront. Which it actually is… The beach is a seawall. No actual beach that you can use.

The staff was very unhelpful and very rude !! I booked and paid had my receipt from booking app when I leave in the morning the lady at counter said I not pay !! I said I paid and show her the app she refused to look at the screen so how can I prove it she was rude and super bad attitude !! Like a child refusing to look at the phone to see I clearly paid !! I just paid cash and yes that means I paid twice !!! This place is not worth going too total rip off and terrible staff attitude

We booked the superior triple room which was very spacious for 3 people. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Excellent shower water pressure. All listed facilities were complete. Everything was working well, particularly the AC & fridge. Nearby laundromat, I think we walked about 8-10 minutes. Friendly staff. The location is safe especially for solo female travelers. Going out as night didn't feel frightening either. Nearby cafes and restaurants. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the pier and night market, but we didn't mind walking 30 minutes. Otherwise, tuk-tuk hire is available if you don't drive a car/ motorcycle. Short drive to the train station.

The view from the rooms was spectacular. Had my binoculars and you can actually do birding right from the room. Some rooms have both river and ocean view. The hosts were wonderful. It’s a little difficult to get any sort of taxi to town but this is not the resorts fault.

Beautiful large room with view of sea. Big comfortable bed. A fair walk from centre and Tuk tuks not always around.

The location of the breakfast bar over the water was amazing and the breakfast itself was pretty good as well. Nice location but maybe a little far out of town needing a tuk tuk to get into pkk .
