Hotel Aida is conveniently located just a short walk from a metro station and from multiple restaurants (pizza place on the nearby corner is awesome too). Comfy beds, blessed A/C in the hot humid summer, and incredible breakfast spread. Nothing was left to be desired in the slightest. Total win!

I booked without refund and asked for parking reservation. They have only 4 parking spaces. I was furious. But they have Ondra. He explained me all about parking on street and offered help upon arrival. Instal Easy Park app and solve this issue. Perfect customer care from tis guy. I keep reservationbecause of his care. Parking is on the street and is safe and practical. Even cheaper than parking in Hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are very good. Personel is kind and allyways with smile. Breakfast is tasty and with more choices that you can chosee. Best value for money in Prag so far. Parking garage in Old town is 10 min away.

Professional and helpful staff My room and other interior spaces were very clean and well maintained In a quiet area of the city Not far from public transportation Good quality of sleep I can't think of anything to dislike

Hotel Aida has undergone a complete renovation and is fresh, modern, and well-maintained. Situated in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from the metro station, the center of Prague is just a 10-minute metro ride away. I found a couple of restaurants in the area, but not as much choice as in the center.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Early morning street noise ( can’t be helped) and no face washers

What we liked: - quiet street - close to tram and metro stations - very good breakfast - very good air conditioning - excelent value for money - housekeeping cleaned very good everyday - we didn't hear noise from other rooms - 24/7 reception and really nice staff at the reception - toilet with bidet function - fast charge USB-C and USB-A by the bedside table Neither liked or disliked: - The mattress of our double bed consisted of 2 single bed mattresses. The first 3 days we had a single double bed fitted sheet that was holding them together. After the sheets were changed (on each 3 days) the mattresses had individual single bed fitted sheets, so during sleep they would slide to the exterior of the bed leaving a gap in the middle. - I liked the fact that the room had many amenities. What I didn't liked about this was the fact that they did not show on booking, as I would liked to travel lighter. I would suggest mentioning in booking all the amenities, including: flip flops, cotton buds, cotton swabs, shower cap, ear plugs, shoe polish etc. - Room and bathroom is small, but not an inconvenience. Just more of an FYI. Really good hotel, really good value for money. If I ever come back to Prague I would return. What we didn't like: - pillows were too soft and not comfortable - we heard noise from the halls / you can hear noise through the door / door not sound proof
