It’s got a lot of character and feels very homely while still being a high quality hotel with excellent service. The location is very good as easy to get to Prague Castle, a short walk to Charles Bridge and the nearest metro is also a short walk away, but the area is very quiet, peaceful and feels tucked away from the busy tourist areas. The staff went above and beyond to provide a great service, the free wine and cheese evenings were a lovely touch and as only a few guests stay at a time you feel very privileged and taken care of. The rooms feel magical and unique with lovely historic touches, but with air conditioning! We will definitely stay again and would recommend it. Nothing

What was there not to like! The staff, accommodations and great location were all ideal and made our stay perfect!! We loved this place and will return again someday. We would recommend to anyone we know that is visiting Prague.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Everyone on the staff was amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back! We had a slight issue at the check out with charges that were not correct,I would recommend to clarify all the upgrades and charges upfront.

We had an incredible stay at the Alchemy Castle Suites hotel and were fortunate enough to book the best room in the house, the Diamond Suite. It’s huge and absolutely stunning with a large salon for entertaining friends (which we did) and a balcony with a lovely view of the castle complex. The staff and services are truly what sets this property apart from most others. Every possible desire you have is quickly and graciously accommodated by their very friendly and capable staff. Adam who took care of us during our sumptuous breakfast each morning, and Olesia at the front desk were so kind to us! There was no request too big or small (ALL of the staff were amazing and unfortunately we didn’t get all their names). The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything but tucked away and very quiet at night. The food was amazing and we loved the welcome prosecco. Our stay was like stepping back in time at a luxury Czech manor. We’ve never experienced anything like it anywhere in Europe. Five stars!! Loved it all!
