The location was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was simple and clean . It met all my expectations.

Stress on booking when I received an (apparently automated) email stating that the hotel couldn't confirm the bed type (double) would be available until arrival. This seemed bizarre to me since it was just twin beds pushed together to form a double. On querying this with the hotel, they confirmed that they couldn't confirm it! A second query confirmed that of course this could be accommodated, but this was very confusing and unecessary communication. On the bed type - it really is just two twins pushed together with a king size sheet over the top. No attempt to actually tie the bases together (so the beds DID roll apart) or to use a king size mattress protector to cover the gap. I have stayed in other hotels where double beds are formed this way much more succesfully. For the price, I think this should be done better.

Perfect location, steps from Mustek metro and central to the Old and "New" Towns. Quiet, spotless room. Good bath.

Nice room. The hotel was well-located. Many of the staff were friendly, especially at check-in. It is fairly quiet in the room though there is some street noise. Housecleaning staff do a great job. Mattresses are a bit worn. I had to go to the middle of the mattress to be comfortable. Had I been with someone else, that would have been impossible.

Location is very central and close to all attractions and metro as well. Breakfast was very good. Room was large enough and comfortable bed. Bathroom was very nice and clean. They should refill the water bottles every morning and have a coffee a machine would be nice for this price

The location The room is so small we can not put our luggage anywhere ! Our room is the top of the ladders the others are not.

It was near everything and staff was so nice I didn’t like that they couldn’t give me a refund and I paid double for one day only instead of my original 2 nights .

Great location, quiet at night and nicely firm beds for a good sleep. Odd room - it was clean and had some amenities but missing any kind of wall decorations or any style, also no lotion, no conditioner. The other rooms were surely much nicer than ours, we did book last minute.

The hotel has an excellent location, directly in the center of Prague, a close walking distance from all main attractions, yet the immediate surroundings are not crowded with people. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, well-designed, with all the necessary amenities and equipment.

High ceiling rooms, amazing location, large room and bathroom. Excellent cleaning service.
