Very clean, close to Dvorce station that can get to city center in 10 minutes. Easy check-in and check-out procedures.

appropriate price, nice view on the river, extra bed very thin walls, reception desk was usually empty

A small, modest hotel by the Vltava River, offering a very good balance between price, location, and comfort. The area is quiet and well connected to the city center by public transport. The rooms are simple but clean and functional. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out, which was very helpful. Overall, a great choice for a short stay in Prague if you’re looking for good value rather than luxury. Everything was good.

Clean, good room comparing to its value, 5 mins walking to the tram station. Near a gas station which has a supermarket We asked the staff to buy a water, they told us that there is no water to buy in the hotel. Also, we asked them to check out one day earlier and accept the refund request, they said yes sure. After we left, they said it’s a non refundable reservation and we cannot accept the request.

Location Very good

For the price, this is a really great hotel. You're far enough away from the city that it's not constantly loud, but you're close enough that you can take a quick 10 minute ride into the heart of the city. Besides that, The best doner I had in all of Europe was right near this hotel and I can't recommend that enough! I was quite sick while staying here, and this was not a great hotel to be at while being sick. There wasn't a hot water maker in the room for tea, the rooms were always a little cold, and the Wi-Fi did not work. I think if you're like 99% of the travelers who go to Prague and you stay at the hotel for a place to sleep/shower, it's a great place, but if you're staying at the hotel for any longer than that, or if you're sick and you have to just stay there, you'll be quite disappointed.

The location

I am extremely disappointed with the hotel. Don’t even know where to start. The only step down from this hotel is to sleep outside. To call it plain is underestimation. The place was so basic, that the only thing we were happy about that we are not sleeping outside. The picture on the website is not from this hotel. I’ve seen other rooms and all of them looked like mine - mismatched furniture, terribly uncomfortable mattress, and god-awful pillow - I never seen pillows like that. I don’t know where you can find pillows like that. It was just lumps of cotton put together and it was impossible to have a good night rest. The place is tucked in the bedroom community, that is so hard to find, my mom spent 30 minutes walking around, trying to find the entrance. The only good thing I can comment about the place is it had a nice cleaning lady, she was helpful. But there is only so much she can do. Would never stay at this place again ! Very, very cheap and seems put together out of garage sale. The shower and the toilet weren’t clean enough, we had to use it because we didn’t have a choice. The description of the hotel says that you can get to downtown in 15 minutes walk. We walk a lot in my family, and let me tell you no one can walk this distance in 15 minutes. It’s an hour to hour and 20 minutes walk, depends on how fit you are. You will have to take a trolley to downtown , it’s about 15 minutes ride on the trolley, and yes, the stop is about five minutes walking distance from a hotel.

Too loud neighbors, leaking ceiling above windowsill, hair all over the room, strange smell
-
They weren’t there for 7pm check in !
-
Easy in and easy out. We arrived long after the usual check-in time, but they provided a convenient and easy way to access the room by ourselves.

- Very nice staffs. We asked to exchange some euro coins and they accommodated. - Extremely old facilities. Everything works fine but adjust your expectation.

Neat little hotel. They met us (self)check in early which was really appreciated and made our first day in Prague great. The room was really clean. The tram to the center just a few min walk away, so you can avoid the noisy part of the city and you have a great night sleep without any noise disturbance.
