Very clean spacious rooms. We stayed during a heatwave and there was no fan. It was extremely hot.

Very nice updated rooms, clean room and bathroom. The room itself is spacious, nice view from the balcony. Very good breakfast, starts early enough to catch morning flight (6:45am). One of the best eggs I had! No AC. It was hot when we entered the room but we were lucky to come after storm so open window and balcony quickly solved the issue. It is above busy Evropská, so it’s noisier, but I was able to sleep well.

Location is good for public transportation and the room has a balcony. There was no kettle in the room and there was no way to get drinking hot water in the hotel except for breakfast time. Also breakfast was between 6 am to 9:30 am and it was mediocre.

Nothing. I stayed in this hotel for just one night to be close to the airport for an early flight. My main complaint is that hot water wasn’t working there and it wasn’t fixed. The staff was rude and didn’t care to fix the problem. Instead, they accused me of making the issue up without even sending anyone to check the issue out in my room.

Breakfast is included, but its rating is below average. I requested an early/late check-in, which was subject to a fee, and that’s normal. I also used the free luggage storage service. The staff member was very friendly and welcoming.

Staff very rude an completely unhelpful, besides that my main concern is that the room i was in seemes like it had not been cleaned for weeks. Everything was so dirty. Absolutely don’t recommend.

I had a specific purpose to stay in this facility because of my son studying with Charles university. Metro is 5 mins walk, trams station is near by. you can reach city center in 25 min max… if u r up for saving and fine with commuting to city center then it is a reasonable deal, room is spacious for this price.. there are couple of down aides but can’t complain very little variety in breakfast…. no spa, pool or health facilities

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s in a fantastic location—very close to the airport, with just a short walk to the bus stop and metro, making it easy to reach the airport or city center in no time. We booked two rooms for our family. The rooms were clean, bright, and well-maintained, each with private bathroom, balcony with nice views and a fridge for convenience. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. We had a personal request during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate it. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Value for money. Clean good rooms. Public transport/metrostation is about 8-10 minutes walks and city center is 4 or 5 stations away. Decent breakfast.
