The breakfast was great. The room amazing, and the staff very kind.

No air conditioning

Shared bathrooms????????? With no indication of that while booking?????????? The rooms also looked nothing like the pictures. I was absolutely horrified
-
Very clean room, warm welcoming staff, good lovely location, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Sure that I'll come back. Thanks!

Comfortable room and decent breakfast in a quiet area but easy to get to the centre of town Nothing really to report here

The location of the hotel is very good. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi quality was also good. Although the reception is not open 24/7, I didn’t experience any difficulties checking in late. I received all the necessary instructions before my arrival and was able to easily enter the hotel and my room using the provided code. Only soundproofing.

+ great location + quiet place (I had a room on the last floor - very peaceful and quiet) + very nice and kind staff - a little bit cold (but it was winter and snowing outside so nothing surprising :) )

It was very clean and warm in the room.location is also perfect to the transport. Small rooms and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Every floor is different apartment which is separated to more small rooms. Also the breakfast was poor.

Would've been nice to be given to large towels and 2 pillows instead of 1 pillow 1 lg towel and a hand towel
-
If could prepare small kit material, in case guest forget, would be considerable.

* Not so far from city center * Clean rooms * Mattres was not cozy * Had to share the WC with the other room guest.

The hotel is clean and modern, featuring a convenient self-service key system. The breakfast is reasonable for the price, though the selection is somewhat limited. The bus and train stations are not very close but still within a manageable distance — about 15 to 17 minutes away on foot. You need to hang the sign on the door to indicate whether you’d like cleaning services. If you forget to do so, your room won’t be cleaned and the bathroom amenities won’t be replenished.
-
Nice close to city center, tram and metro accessible also few restaurants. Main entrance doors are too loud so if you’re on lower floors it may wake you up. Wi-Fi was not high-speed as advertised, it barely loaded anything, you should have a a good cellular plan for internet connectivity…

This property is definitely not a 3-star hotel. It seems to cater primarily to backpackers and feels more like a slightly upgraded youth hostel, offering private bathrooms but little else in terms of comfort or quality. In Room 403, the carpet was visibly dirty, the room looked more like a jail cell than a hotel, and the bathroom appeared unfinished and dilapidated (see the attached picture) with close to zero water pressure in the shower. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet the expectations set by its advertised rating.

A bit noisy in the street - but it is a city!

Breakfast has a lot of choices to eat and drink Peaceful hotel, convenient check in/out process Rooms are nice, location great Charity hotel where most of the funds go to great causes:) The pillows could be replaced for a more comfortable sleep

A good option if you are looking for a quiet and safe place, with value for money. I've loved the shared kitchenette on the floor and the automatic check-in with clear directions. Nothing to dislike
-
It was the cheapest from the other options, just needed one night stay. And that you can come any time, since you get the pin to enter the room online. The towels and bed were clean. If they fix some issues, the charity effort would come out more fruitful I think. But probably the overpriced Prague prices are big drawback to any business there. The floor in the bathroom looked not bare feet friendly, the tiles are pretty old and hard to tell if clean or not due to their look. The door are like from paper and cannot be locked from the inside, so anyone who would obtain the 4 digit PIN can enter your room freely, it did not feel very safe to sleep there. Toilet seat wrongly mointed, too far back.

The check out time is 10, which doesn't leave you any time to prepare for your departure after breakfast. Breakfast is mediocre at best. They don't have many healthy options. Everything is pretty much ready made, store purchased items. They didn't even bother to boil any eggs. But considering the price that I paid at the last minute, it's not a bad deal. I can't expect too much out of it.

The breakfast buffet did not offer any warm options. Also the mattress was too hard for my taste - I woke up with some pain a couple of times at night.
