Josephine Old Town Square Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels

All of the staff was so friendly. You can’t beat the location as it is in the center of town. They gifted us with free wine and more. We definitely would recommend hotel Josephine!

Room was very large and very comfortable. It is a very nice picture courtyard right behind the main old town Square, which is very convenient. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. and it has a very nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. The only thing that keeps me from giving this properly a full 10 is all the rooms are access from the exterior walkway and if you get room 46 it’s access through a secondary staircase that has huge gaps in the balusters, which can be very dangerous if you have young children as they can fall through

The location of the Josephine hotel is ideal for touring Prague—mere meters from the Old Town Square and within easy walking distance of most restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and spacious. I will definitely book this hotel when I revisit Prague! The bath is a bit high (a plumbing constraint, I guess), which poses a hazard when dismounting from it. I would have put a walk-in shower instead. I would also suggest modernizing the room keys by switching to magnetic cards.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Josephine Old Town Square in Prague. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

The elevator is small and does not feel safe

The young people who staffed the front desk were so nice and helpful. I especially want to give a shout out to Eli and Irina.

Our room was amazing! Very big with a big bathroom and a view of a lovely church out of our window. Location was perfect and the gal at the reception was absolutely darling!!

Very nice location, nice staff, clean room

Parking setup is a bit messy, you need to show up at the hotel to get the parking card, but to do that you need to park your car somewhere. So it's a bit like chicken and the egg problem. We ended up parking at Palladium first, going to the hotel with our luggage to get their discounted parking card, then re-parking the car. And if you want your €20 deposit back on departure, you need to do the same sequence in reverse order, as you need to return the parking card at checkout.

Very nice property. Nice, big rooms. The staff give lots of perks for staying there - discounts at different establishments, a Prague card. They gave us complimentary champagne on check in. Air conditioning was a plus too. I have no regrets about staying here. I can’t say I have anything I didn’t like.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Right in the middle of old town with an easy walk to attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We took the quad room for a couple and it was huge. The value for money is good, but this is not a cheep hotel. Over all you get what you pay for

Location Staff are excellent and very friendly Room was spacious and excellent A little different system as i didn’t know what to do if i need to contact staff after 11pm, but everything ended perfect in my stay because of the excellent staff, always helpful when needed.

The location was excellent for exploring the city, and everything we needed was within walking distance. Although our stay was short, it was very pleasant. A special thank you to the staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The fifth star goes to the team!

We had room 34. It was spotless and utterly quiet, a miracle just a block from Old Town Square and with people outside the front of the hotel making all kinds of noise. Breakfast was quite good and the staff was accommodating. We didn't need the secure, paid parking but it's available.
