Our stay was nice. The location was great near by the transit. The breakfast wasn't that great. Stuffed air. Not much of protein options. Small room.

Could be a good value if you need just a bad for the night, but if so you may use hostel with more conform some times. Very disappointing experience. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no sense of responsibility for assisting guests. The parking entrance is extremely narrow and may be unsuitable for larger vehicles. This important limitation should be clearly stated in the property description, as it can cause serious inconvenience upon arrival. We also requested an iron, but were told it could not be provided because we arrived after 8:00 PM. This is an unreasonable level of service for paying guests. Overall, the property lacks proper guest support, clear communication, and basic hospitality. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds Far from Prague old town to walk although very near is shopping mall with grocery store, Calhoun an apartment he had to go through one bedroom to get to the other. Plus, there wasn’t any sitting area to watch television as a group, Etc.

Only problem was that both sinks in the room did not drain properly. Water remained in the basin through the night.

There were significant stains on both the carpet and the bed linen. The shower gel dispenser was also broken. Overall, the property could benefit from an upgrade.

The hotel is located close to the city center – that’s a big plus. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and fairly quiet. Unfortunately, the overall impression was ruined by the parking situation. The property does NOT mention in the description that the private parking consists of ONLY 3 spaces (which were, of course, already taken), and the alternative parking is a 20-minute walk away. So don’t be misled by the feature saying “PARKING” – you’ll need a lot of luck to actually use it.

1. hotel manager was very helpful and supportive. 2. rooms was cleaned very well. 3. clean and nice beds, comfortable too. 4. air-conditioning, each room has its own unit. 1. Location. Very tight, one-way street, with no parking available. u don't even have space to unload your stuff and check-in, cuz when u stop - u block the street 100%. 2. Parking. they claim they have a parking, but they really don't. On arrival they suggested to use parking of a completely different hotel, 2 blocks (0.5 km) away, for the regular price of that parking. then, they suggested I can use their own parking for extra $14, if my car is small. so, at the end they had their own parking for 3(!) cars. it was so tight I had to fold side mirrors to squeeze in. 3. Shower is a catastrophe. they don't have a shower curtain, nor a shower handle, so u need to hold shower head by one hand all the time, and watch not to spill too much water on a floor, u can imagine a mess after 2 adults and 2 kids. 4. Breakfast. no fruits. a very pity and tired old vegetable salad. omelet looked like it was from yesterday. no butter, just some cheap spread, which hurted my wife's stomach. all you can count on is basic sandwich, and some coffee.

Nothing I booked a room with a queen bed and they don't have such rooms, they were trying to convince me that they double bed rooms are queen room. I asked for a compensation and they ignored me. The first room at 3rd floor was smelling very bad. They offered me a room at 4th floor, but that one had a window in the roof and the curtains were allowing light to pass by and were just above the bed waking me up at 5am when the light started to raise. I asked for invoice in the currency I paid and they denied to provide it making me to lose money due to the exchange rate. Worst hotel and definitely not a 3-star hotel at all. The breakfast very poor, same things every day and the food was re-used from the previous day. The beds were very noise and the pillows uncomfortable.

1.Great location with great connection by Public transport to anywhere in the city. 2.Check-in was smooth&quick. 3.Elevator was modern, sizeable. 4.TV+refrigerator. 1.We booked room with "inneryard" direction, but received Street direction. Wasn't changed despite complaining on the reception. 2.Got 1 toilet paper roll for 1 night. 3.Smell from sewage pipe in the bathroom in 1 of 2 rooms we booked, during whole stay. 4.Strong chlorine odor in the bathroom in bathrooms on the check-in. 5.Carpet in the room is very dirty.

I had a fantastic stay at Kings Reindence! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect – close to everything yet peaceful. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely stay again!

What a great price/value hotel in Praha! Location is so close to Downtown, worth time invested walking to the Letensky Sady park with a wonderful overview of Praha!. Room equiped with new furniture, clean and comfortable. Bathroom seems like new!! This was a plus!. Breakfast was exceptionally good considering the price! Elevator to all floors, including the basement where the restaurant is located. Parking place! The parking place is quite small, good for small cars :-), you will find complicated to park if you arrive with Van or long vehicle… However is not a real problem of the property, space is Praha is expensive… :-))

The room self, facilities and the location location are absolutely great for this money. Really hard to find any flaws. Overall cleanliness is also very high. Very happy with my stay and size of the room and everything. My only problem with the stay is the quality of the breakfast. To be honest at this price I wouldn't even mind the stay being without the breakfast but because it's included I have some reservations. And those are mainly towards the quality of the hams, salamis, sausages, cheeses etc being served. Which look like the cheapest you can get. Also the eggs were terribly overcooked and have the suspicion that they might have been made from the powder. The coffee machine puts the hot water in your espresso. Otherwise it's fine and clean even in the breakfast area and I can imagine that for some people the food would be just fine. Again the breakfast was included in a very decent price so it's hard to even complain but if I imagine that somebody would pay fe. €8 for the breakfast on the top and got this they would likely be disappointed. Please take this as a personal opinion on the quality of the ingredients and not any serious concerns everything looked clean and fresh.
