A wonderful stay! The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The reception team was very welcoming and helpful, and all the staff were friendly, cheerful, and always ready to assist. We especially loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made us feel comfortable and at home. A truly lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel! None

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Prague and within walking distance of everything. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Location, room, staff and facilities were all excellent The sky cocktail bar on the top floor of the hotel was beautiful but very expensive. The cocktails were small and £20 each!

Absolutely fantastic stay — a place we would gladly return to! From the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is wonderful, but what truly makes this place special is its people. A huge thank you especially to Marketa and Karim, who create such a warm, friendly and genuinely unique atmosphere. Their hospitality, kindness and positive energy make you feel less like a hotel guest and more like a welcomed friend. They are always smiling, helpful and attentive, and you can really feel that they care about their guests having a great time. Marketa and Karim are the heart and soul of this place and a big reason why our stay was so memorable. Everything about our stay was excellent, but it is this wonderful atmosphere that we will remember the most. We returned home with great memories and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended — 10/10! Thank you for an unforgettable stay, and especially to Marketa and Karim for making it so special! ❤️

The staff are very helpful and approachable. Our room had a castle view which we highly recommend. The hotel is ideally located for touring Prague city - comfortable walking shoes are a must.

Great location. Whilst situated in Old Town a short walk across bridges takes one into new town. Prague is one of the nicest cities I have ever been in and location of this property is excellent Everything was perfect

Awesome establishment and service, they really take the what they do seriously. Room, spa and staff first class, from the very first contact we had with the very professional young man at reception that checked us in we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommend! Everything
